Lux Hotel  

The location is excellent , close to the city center , bar , disco , nightclubs , pubs . very good to hang out . There are a lot of people and police in the discritc day and night , so I feel very safe . Obviously the city center is noisy .Good breakfast . The 5 brl for wireless is per stay and not per hour and thr conection work very good

Is in restructuring in the corridors but the room was ok .

It was more a hostel than a hotel...very dirty and run down. Desparately needed a renovation.

The hotel staffs was really nice people

.But the hotel was really need some refurbishment ,first day was no hot water, internet was always slow,hall way was no light on!i did feel like in a ghost house, but hotel staffs was nice people, was really helpful, trying very hard to understand english.localtion was bit rough, I even heard once sounds of gun shoot from outside street.

Nice and helpfull staff. Excelent breakfast. Well situated in the city center and nearby acces to the public transport system. Large rooms. Art Deco style building.

Although services and facilities are there, it's a bit of a shabby hotel. "Ouwe meuk" as we say in Dutch.. If you don't mind a stain here and there, it shouldn't be a problem. The sheets are clean :) NB. there was refurbishing going on... hope they respect the original details of the building. It has great potential.

Para o nosso objetivo, a localização era perfeita.

Estávamos lá para participar da virada cultural. Porém no momento em que estávamos nos arrumando para sair somente nosso andar ficou sem luz por mais de 1 hora devido a um problema no disjuntor. Então ficou difícil tomar banho no escuro e se arrumar. Pedimos outro quarto, porém disseram que somente haveria outro quarto para tomarmos banho. Depois de um tempo arrumaram, no entanto o corredor permaneceu sem luz. Acredito poderiam nos ter oferecido algo para compensar o transtornos, já que nos atrasamos e perdemos atrações que gostaríamos de ter visto. Sem contar que alguns funcionários poderiam ser um pouco mais delicados ao tratar os hóspedes. No café da manha faltavam talheres e pães.

Sujeira, Péssimo atendimento do recepcionista(pelo telefone do quarto perguntei o nome do sujeito e o mesmo respondeu:- adivinha ?? seguida de uma risada...como se eu estivesse ali brincando, Antes de dar entrada no hotel, este mesmo cidadão ponderou:- é melhor a senhora conhecer o apartamento para depois decidir se fica ou não... Ressaltando a má qualidade do hotel. Sujeira da cozinha, das cozinheiras(pés sangrando e ainda me mostrou que tinha acabado de se acidentar. Cabelo na colcha da cama, Colcha de uma das camas com o barrado do lado esquerdo todo molhado.. Toalhas de banho encardidas e fedidas.

Gostei muito da vista do quarto, da localização, do atendimento, qualidade do quarto.

Deveriam oferecer maior variedade no café a manhã.
