Ingenting !..allt var gammalt tom sängkläder och mycket dåligt personal dessutom.

Mycket dåligt personal och dessutom dom are tjuvar...fick betala för 2 bara för en släkt till mig kom på besökt en liten stund...sånt hade dem inte informerat mig det skulle kosta pengar trots jag hade påpekat att en släkt till mig skulle komma på besökt..inga problem sa dem....i så fall hade jag aldrig checkat in. Jag vill inte rekomendera det hotelet därför att dem är så nonchalant och har sina egna regler utan att informera sina kunder...jag tycker det är mycket dålgt skött...där kommer jag aldrig mer. Jag reser så mycket men detta var värst. Mvh jose wiberg

The quality of the hotel and the location.

It was near to a subway stop.

It is in a shabby area of town and slowly undergoing renovations.

As many other reviews said, the receptionists ( the guys at the check- in/out desk) were very helpful in answering my questions on the city/neighborhood, etc.. They don´t speak English, but the communication is not only by languages. You can draw a street map for directions, for example. I speak a little Portuguese, but the three guys (one guy at a time) at the reception desk were all patient to listen to me, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was good, too. I extended to stay 9 nights here due to the flight availability to keep on traveling.

The building is really old and the neighborhood that it´s located ís bad. Many homeless people were sleeping on the street, and a couple of police cars were parked together with the doors open on the street almost every morning in the neighborhood. I didn´t expect it overly with the price I paid for.

The hotel staffs was really nice people

.But the hotel was really need some refurbishment ,first day was no hot water, internet was always slow,hall way was no light on!i did feel like in a ghost house, but hotel staffs was nice people, was really helpful, trying very hard to understand english.localtion was bit rough, I even heard once sounds of gun shoot from outside street.

I stayed there because of the very affordable price.

They had one elevator that didn't work and the other one only worked for certain floors.

Nice and helpfull staff. Excelent breakfast. Well situated in the city center and nearby acces to the public transport system. Large rooms. Art Deco style building.

Although services and facilities are there, it's a bit of a shabby hotel. "Ouwe meuk" as we say in Dutch.. If you don't mind a stain here and there, it shouldn't be a problem. The sheets are clean :) NB. there was refurbishing going on... hope they respect the original details of the building. It has great potential.

I can improve the decoration and the mainteinance of the hotel according to their stylish infraestructure.

The reseptionist took my car to park it, but used for himself. Around the hotel terrible people.Very noisy.Unsafe.

Noisy air conditioner, and rest of hotel in state of being renovated so a lot of dust around.

Nothin luxurius in the room, big room though. The hotel is in a good location, but very run down. Its a budget hotel, and the internet is not free. 10 reals for 24h. The noise from the street is quite heavy, 7th floor street side. No airconditioning. Staff speaks no english but are very helpful.

I think it said free internet, but it wasent and street nois very loud.

Não teve nada de que eu gostasse!

Infelizmente não foi uma boa experiência! Apesar de ter sido avisada, insiti na hospedagem e foi um fiasco. A pessoa que nos recebeu foi até atenciosa mas quando entrei no elevador começou o terror. O prédio está totalmente abandonado e sujo! Quando entrei no quarto o pesadelo foi pior! A roupa de cama estava com cheiro ruim e também não estava muito limpo. O banheiro era pavoroso! Tinha uma cortina nojenta e não havia tolha para o chão. Resultado: mesmo se houvesse toalha, ao tomar banho o banheiro ficaria alagado. Não usei a tolaha de banho porque fiquei com nojo! Pior ainda foi o café da manhã! Vi hóspede reclamar que não havia pãozinho e a desculpa que eles deram era que foi calculado errado. O café estava velho e parecia agua misturada com pó. Os sucos eram todos artificiais, daqueles bem vagabundos. Tudo muito mal cuidado como se o pessoal de lá estivesse fazendo um favor pra quem se hospeda. à noite é impossível dormir! O barulho é tão grande e fica uns caminhões da prefeitura fazendo limpeza. Detalhe: sobe uma poeira danada e vc não dorme! Acústica zero! Pra quem não liga pra nada disso, boa sorte! O aviso foi dado! A experiência foi horrível e minha recomendação é: quem estiver procurando uma estadia em conta em sp, na região central, por mais r$20,00 vocês se hospedam no Formule 1, um hotel agradabilíssimo e padronizado. A diária para casal é r$120,00 (e vale para até 3 pessoas), r$20,00 a mais que o outro mas é perfeito! O café da manhã é a parte, custa r$9,00 mas também é o café! Com tudo que vc tem direito, além de ser bem servido! Mas também quem não quiser pode ir até uma padaria! Enfim, se não tiver nehum lugar em sp e só este hotel, só me resta deixar pra ir outro dia porque Lux Hotel é igual um castelo do terror!
