Já me hospedei várias vezes nesse hotel, pq conjugava bem o binômio custo-benfício. Bom nível de conforto e apresentação por preço acessível. Sim. Primeiro ao tentar reserva simples diretamente com o hotel, disseram-me só ser possível se conjugasse a reserva com jantar e translado. Só foi possível reserva simples através de vocês. Segundo, reservei quarto triplo para 3 pessoas, mas só 2 se hospedaram. Mas o preço não mudou. Foi o mesmo. Deixei tudo registrado no livro de reclamações e mandei email pedindo explicações. Fui ignorado e não obtive qualquer resposta. |

Gostei do atendimento dos funcionários e da localização do hotel. O hotel oferecia serviços de turismo, o que foi muito bom. O hotel necessita de reformas nos apartamentos, pois a estrutura é antiga, apesar da cama ser muito boa e contar com frigobar e ar condicionado. Além disso, o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. |

TV de 14" no quarto é péssimo. Hoje em dia qualquer hotel de beira de estrada possui TV's de pelo menos 20" nos quartos. A estrutura do hotel é muito antiga, quartos e banheiros com móveis antigos. Pelo preço teria que ser bem melhor. |
