When I checked in I was greated with a cold glass of coconut water at the front desk. Very helpful and courteous staff and most spoke English. Great brealfast buffet which is included in room price. Right across the street from the beach. Right across the street from a market which sets up every evening. Only 20 minutes from airport by taxi. |

The staff, location, food was incredible. Best hotel I've ever stayed at, will be back real soon. Stay at a 5 star in Rio later during the vacation and we all wished we where back at this hotel in Fortaleza. |

Great food spread for breakfast. Pool nice but in shade so too cold. Very nice hotel. Near Market and nice atmosphere surrounding hotel. as above. Had to go to another hotel to get directions to Praia de futura on bus: rep at desk denied that bus goes there.We were unaware that the Meireles beach could be polluted until another guest advised of it. |

The staff were wonderful. Our flight was delayed and they were extremely helpful in getting us connected to the internet and bringing us drinks even though we had checked out hours before... Moreover, the breakfast is brilliant! |

Location. Hotel needs more English speaking staff, especially during the evening. Also, for a hotel of this caliber, the bathrooms are missing boxes of Kleenex tissue. |

O conforto que o hotel ofereçe,a gentileza de seus funcionarios, e sua localização a beira mar. O hotel fica muito próximo ao centro de compras e divertimento da cidade. Não poderei deixar de elogiar o café da manhã. |

Gostei da localização, tamanho do apartamento e do café da manhã, além da ótima localização. Creio que o ralo do box do chuveiro estava entupido e não escoava a água com rapidez. A Booking informou na reserva que os impostos estava incluído e no check-out cobraram R$ 68,45 de impostos. |

Da limpeza e do café da manhã. Muito barulho nas imediações, tive dificuldade para dormir a noite por causa de carros com som muito alto de madrugada. O sindicato dos hotéis deveriam cobrar medidas das autoridades para proibir e punir os responsáveis que fizessem poluição sonora depois das 22:00. |

Já havia estado no Hotel outras duas vezes, e esta é a primeira reserva pela Booking.com. Sempre gostei do Hotel. No momento não me ocorrem sugestões, estava tudo bom. |
