No shampoo in shower. Was told by front desk to buy it at drug store. Room was so noisy due to pary outside that did not get any. Sleep until 2 am night prior to my conference that I flew for 20 hours to attend to. Nobody at front desk spoke English. No guidance or help for city exploration. |

I didn't like anything. I cancelled the remainder of my stay, checked out and stayed somewhere else. It was awful. I honestly felt scared in my hotel room. It was tiny, the bed was smaller than a single size, the floor was dusty, the bathroom was tiny and the sink was on the outside next to the bed, the shower stall looked like it was from circa 1952, there was no air conditioning or lights in the hallway. |

A localização é muito boa, excelente. Os quartos confortaveis, limpos, cheirosos. No entanto o café da manhã, a funcionaria que faz as tapiocas, estava bastante mal-humorada, nos dois dias. |

O hotel é bem localizado e o café da manhã é bom o pagamento do hotel é feito logo no check-in e, no penúltimo dia da reserva, deixam um recado solicitando que o hóspede informe à recepção o horário em que fará o check-out. Ainda, é complicada a utilização do elevador. |

l´ hotel ha una buona posizione e la hall e accogliente la mia camera era troppo piccola , come anche il bagno , il lavandino si trovava nella stanza, il letto matrimoniale troppo corto e stretto, il condizionatore troppo rumoroso ed ho dovuto spegnerlo durante la notte ed aprire la finestra |
