Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται BRL 130,00 ανά νύχτα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 5 ετών χρεώνονται BRL 100,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Προκαταβολή
Το 50 % του συνολικού ποσού θα χρεωθεί την ημέρα κράτησης και δεν επιστρέφεται.

The hotel was small and intimate and all staff were very pleasant and accomodating. Rooms were excellent and the hotel's position in the Santa Theresa district puts you in the middle of an historical part of the city. It was let down by excessive cost for food presented on their room service menu (the only food you can get apart from breakfast) that was of very poor quality - R$25 (£10) for 2 slices of bread with ham and cheese masquerading as a pannini with nothing on the side. We would recommend it if you want to be within the city and don't need to eat there. The limited room service menu is very expensive for what you get and is not of good quality (see above) |

Simply one of the best places I have ever stayed. The villa is beautiful from the outside, the interior is fantastic. There are no signs that this is a hotel and you ring the door bell just as you would at a friends place. You are treated like that throughout the stay, without it being intrusive. All staff know who you are, there are no room numbers, receipts for food/drinks to be signed etc. It just doesn't feel like a hotel. |

The hotel is calm, nicely decorated, with spacious rooms overlooking the bay. The staff is very helpful and offers good advice for restaurant and evening reservations, as well as great help with transportation and translation for those who do not speak portuguese. Away from the touristic places, the hotel is located in the old-fashioned heart of the city. |

Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Gave invaluable advice on where to go and booked us some amazing restaurants to go to. Hotel is in a lovely location. |

Personnel excellent parlant français non négligeable. Superbe piscine et jardin magnifique. Chambre bien tenue et confortable. Situation idéale pour visiter Santa Teresa. Déjeuner au bord de la piscine avec d'excellent jus de fruit et gâteau succulent. Chambre familiale disponible également. L'air conditionné mal situé dans la chambre et un peu l'éclairage à revoir dans la salle de bain. |

Persönliche Betreuung durch aufmerksames Personal, vor allem am Empfang. Charmante Zimmer. Dafür, dass das Wasser gelegentlich ausfällt oder nicht warm ist, ist der Zimmerpreis zu hoch. |

Do momento da partida. Fui pelas fotos e descrição de vcs e fui enganado. Preço exorbitante, serviço ruim,sem dúvida quando for escolher hotel vou preferir passar longe de descrições realizadas pelos próprios donos. Que vcs visitem os lugares e chequem a marca de vcs t~em credibilidade e não deve, embora possa, ser ludibriada.O guia Michelin fez história por ser sério.não havia comentarios suficientes, sómente 4. |
