Extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially in ladies bar and restaurant Some of the aircons in the hotel not up to standard. Might be a hotel setting. |

The staff was very helpful and fluent in English. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It served as a perfect base for travel in the Amazon basin and as a good alternative to the overpriced hotels on the Amazon. |

Gostei do profissionalismo dos funcionarios,sao bem treinados para receber os turistas.Dos espacos amplos para circulacao.Da limpeza e higienizacao das dependencias .E.....principalmente da banheira...sensacional! Poderia ter um servico de transporte particular ,do aeroporto ate o hotel.mesmo que fosse cobrado pelo servico,a parte. |

Jeden z najlepszych hoteli w Manaus.Przestrzegam przed hotelami w centrum.Doskonałe warunki do wypoczynku, biuro organizujące wycieczki po Amazonce na miejscu, szybki internet w pokoju. Czasami trudno było porozumieć się po angielsku. |
