Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται 25 % της διαμονής ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Location is excellent (Ipanema, most secure area on Rio, elegant neighborood). The bar "Devassa" (famous beer in Rio) belongs to the hotel and stays right below it. The air conditioned was really dirty » poor air conditions in the room. The room was poorly isolated in terms of sound proof: it was really noisy in there. Breakfast was just ok. In order to live up to the price it charges for a superior room (the standard ones looked terrible on the website photos) it should increase solve these issues. |

Friendly staff,very clean rooms luxurious bathrooms, great bar food no complaints!! My one complaint about the hotel which left us being very disappointed with the hotel was the laundry service. It is not explained to you prior to using the service that their is a difference between dry cleaning and washing your clothes. This leasds to extortionate prices and while we argued it was to no avail. This let my whole experience of the hotel down completely our laundry bill ended up costing aS much as a room for the night which is ridicilous. So lesson is do not use this service unless you are extremely wealthy,. |

clean, courteous staff, near the beach and shopping, free internet, provided late check-out on request, good shower pressure only minor detail was the shower curtain didn't cover the whole shower, so water spilled onto the floor |

The location of the hotel is excellent and the atmosphere in and around the hotel is very nice; charming and helpful staff; the restaurant is a hit at all times Airco's are a bit noisy and windows not very well sealed, which leads to some noise from the street |

the localization and the breakfast the hotel is very good, but to call from the hotel phone is very expensive, we did some phone calls to rio de janeiro from our room, and we had to pay around 100 euros |

A proximidade dos locais de interesse em Ipanema, restaurantes, bares, lojas interessantes, praia, Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. As toalhas de banho muito encardidas e velhas. Para a categoria do hotel, toalhas em melhor estado deveriam ser oferecidas aos hóspedes. |

Excelente o café da manhã e muito agradável o restaurante. Atenciosos os funcionários do hotel. Desta vez, recebemos os aptos 1102 e 1103, à direita para quem sai do elevador. O apareho de ar-condicionado é muito antigo e barulhento, ou dormíamos com barulho ou com calor. Da vez anterior, ficamos em um apto do lado esquerdo e no canto. O ambiente era maior e o ar-condicionado muito bom. Não sei como fazer o pedido na próxima vez para não ter o mesmo aborrecimento. |

L'hotel est bien situe, a 100m de la plage d'Ipanema et proche de restau et cafes. Proche de Leblond et du shopping Leblond. Mais attention a la population branchouille/blasee de ces quartiers, loin du Rio populaire. Le cafe associe a l'hotel est bien egalement. Mieux vaut vivre a Copa et aller a la plage a Ipanema. L'absence totale d'equipements, le prix et le bruit de la clim, litteralement insuportable... Comme dans d'autres hotels a Rio. Payer un supplement pour le coffre. |

Nette comfortabele kamer, correct ontvangst en vertrek. Op zich logisch maar dit was aangenaam. We waren vroeg doordat we de nachtbus uit Ouro Preto naar RJ hadden genomen. We mochten de kamer wel al vanaf 0800 hebben maar dat kostte ons R$ 160. Dit is erg duur én kinderachtig op een kamerhuur van R$ 400 beschikbaar vanaf 1200 |

1 - O restaurante não atende o telefone para pedidos no quarto.Foi necessário ir pessoalmente fazer o pedido. A comida é completamente sem sabor, e o preço, "salgado." O café da manhã é razoável, porém o local é muito pequeno, incompatível com o número de hóspedes, sendo necessário aguaradar para obter reposição de talheres e louças. 2- A limpeza dos quartos é péssima, as cobertas retiradas da cama não foram dobradas e guardadas no armário, mas simplemente enroladas de qualquer maneira, e literalmente jogadas sobre o banco para apoio das malas. 3- Foram retiradas toalhas de banho sem reposição, e aguardamos por 40 minutos após a solicitação à recepção, sendo questionados pela camareira que fez a entrega! Não recomendo e nem volto! |
