clean, courteous staff, near the beach and shopping, free internet, provided late check-out on request, good shower pressure only minor detail was the shower curtain didn't cover the whole shower, so water spilled onto the floor |

The location of the hotel is excellent and the atmosphere in and around the hotel is very nice; charming and helpful staff; the restaurant is a hit at all times Airco's are a bit noisy and windows not very well sealed, which leads to some noise from the street |

the localization and the breakfast the hotel is very good, but to call from the hotel phone is very expensive, we did some phone calls to rio de janeiro from our room, and we had to pay around 100 euros |

The location is excellent, close to restaurants and bars, changed my view of Rio de Janeiro. My internet connection did not work the first night (Sunday) but staff fixed it on Monday morning. This apply only to those that needs to spend sometime in the hotel room during the day but the street in front of hotel is quite busy with lots of buses. I had to close the window at times to have telephone conversation. |

A localização é maravilhosa, onde encontramos livraria, teatro, cinema, shopping, praia, farmácia, bancos, correios, supermercado, cabelereiro, lojas, restaurantes, lanchonetes, cafeterias, onibus, taxi e um calçadão ótimo para fazer tudo o que quiser, caminhando!!! Também gostei muito do café da manhã, do atendimento dos funcionários e da disposição do quarto. O hotel precisa melhorar na limpeza das roupas de cama e toalhas. Se puder colocar um hidratante no banheiro e trocar o shampoo e condicionador vai melhorar muito. Mas no geral está muito bom. |

A reserva funcionou perfeitamente e o hotel tem excelente localização. Também possui apartamentos confortáveis e reformados. Inicialmente fui hospedada em um apartamento sem reforma, enquanto havia outros já reformados e bem mais confortáveis disponíveis. Colocar os hóspedes que fizeram reserva via internet nos piores apartamentos é uma prática que prejudica a imagem desse site. |
