It was a pleasant stay, because the hotel is only few meter away from the beautiful beach located. The room size was okay and the manager was very helpful. The Cable-TV with the American programs is also not so self-evident for a hotel in this price class. Altogether a good value for the price, at least in the low season. |

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, fresh fruit and juices every day, french bread, cakes cheese and ham and cooked eggs. |

People are very polite, we really felt welcome. We liked the Breakfast options without additional costs as eggs, tapioca, ham&cheese hot sandwich, baked cheese, etc I have gotten a triple room, but a separation between the 2 environments, even partially closed to keep ventilation, would be great to give some privacy to the couple. It seems something easy to build. |

Ett litet och trevligt hotell endast ett kvarter fran turistbeachen i Ponta Negro. Mycket trevlig personal. De flesta dagar fanns det personal pa plats som pratade utmarkt engelska och kunde hjalpa till med utflykter etc. |

il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, posizione ottima: a 100m dalla spiaggia e dalla passaggiata principale e a 700m circa dai migliori locali nottuni(bar e discoteche) della zona.Lo consiglio sia ai giovani che alle famiglie in quanto a due passi dal puro divertimento e posizionato in una strada poco trafficata, pertanto molto tranquillo. |

En realidad lo que más me gustó fue el personal demasiado amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar al huésped, en fin me gustó mucho la actitud positiva hacia el Hotel, se ve que tratan con estimulación no se si es interna o externa, pero lo hacen muy bién felicitaciones a todos los que ahí trabajan trataría de que el lote que está al lado del Marambaia tenga una mejor presentación, aunque sé que no es algo que ellos puedan decidir, pero uno ve la belleza de la playa y el morro del Caraca desde la ventana , pero uno ve hacia el lado y se encuentra con el lote el cual no está en buenas condiciones |

A receptividade dos funcionarios em atender, informar, ajudar os hospedes nas dúvidas, como selecionar passeios, lugares para comer bem e servir o que for necessário aos hospedes. No café da manhã não tem água no balcão do buffet.Adicionar, pois é uma cidade praiana de muito calor e necessidade de hidratação. |
