breakfast could be better
Localisation Cleanliness Breakfast
Bed (a bit to soft) A bit noisy in the streets
The staffs are so kind and great! There is a good supermarket right in front of the hotel and it is convenient. Overall the stay was very pleasant.
Wifi didn't work well on the up floors.
The hotel is in a very bad area surrounded by prostitute at night, We meant to stay 7 nights in the hotel we only stayed 1 night and cancelled the other 6, we went to a hotel in beira Mar avenue which was much better.
Everything. The hotel is old and the room was tiny.
simple clean rooms pool area on roof
The staff was very helpful (and patient with my wife and I who struggled mightily with Brazilian Portuguese throughout our trip). The location -- near the beachfront walk, not too far from some of the older sites in Fortaleza, across from a grocery store and a taxi stand -- is pretty good. We never felt unsafe, but there were many, many tourists around at all times (World Cup). Try to get a room that doesn't look at the decrepit building across the street. Roof deck is nice -- pool is small but seemed clean. Breakfast was tasty -- good, hot, American-style coffee (coffee is one of the things I have a hard time adapting to abroad).
We were in town for the World Cup, so the rates were obviously inflated. For the cleanliness and amenities, we paid too much. At non-mega-event times, the rates are probably much more reasonable.
sea view is excellent
Wi-fi doesn't work at room. and sometime failed in lobbery as well..
The location of hotel, facilities, and price cost were good, as expected, although the room booked on-line was not the same as when we arrived. We sought two twin beds, ended up with one twin and one double, which didn't provide much ancillary space....The hotel also provide beach towels each day which was great....The staff was great as well.
Comfort was fair but that was known prior to arriving.
The staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful. We had some issues with our safe and a person was instantly there to help. The place is super close to the beach, but it's in the beginning of a not so nice area. We were there for the World Cup, so there was tons of security and police officers all over the city, but it could be less safe at a different time.
They didn't clean the shower.
Front desk staff in general tried to be helpful, but suffered a severe lack of lanugage capabilities. Trying to converse with them in a combination of broken Portuguese, Papiamentu, and Spanish alleviated some of the issues, but i noticed quite a few other guests that also were very disappointed with the hotel in general. For the staff to shrug shoulders and look stupid is not what I expect from a professional front desk staff.
Wifi was mostly non-functional and very iffy at best. Constant different log in procedures, one time just log into main wifi, then get prompted for room and password, you never knew what to expect with Wifi. Signal strength was lousy. They had to reboot their system constantly. They were also not set up for a full load scenario as we encountered during the Worldcup. Prices are outrageous since they jacked them up for the worldcup events. If you get a room for three people and you pay a fortune for the three people to stay there I would expect a room that comfortably accommodates three beds and maybe a chair or two and a table? This was like bunking in the barracks in the military. NOT what I expect from a hotel that proclaims to be what it is. Had to remind cleaning staff that there were three people in the room. Towels were worn half the time. Definitely a negative experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Good location, close to beach, excellent free Wifi, nice temperature control in rooms. Good breakfast and nice staff.
The only thing I did not like was the cleanliness of the bathroom, there were hairs from a previous guest on the floor and that is not really a good sign.
The rooms are good - thats it I am afraid
Booked and paid for 2 persons and when girlfriend checked in late we were being charged an extra 100.00 ( I now know why ) be careful in this place , On day of stay - I was not allowed take a client to pool area for a business meeting - crazy - would not stay here again Totally unfriendly day and night staff.
The reception under the directions of the administration demanded of me to pay off the full amount the first minute of my entrance, with the suitcases on hand. When I protested, he insisted and told me that if I don't pay the next morning (as I promised) the rest of the amount, he will do check out. I was very nervous and went the same moment to the nearest bank, 30 minutes on foot in very unsafe area to pay off the whole amount. If I knew the un politeness of the hotel, i never booked this.
Sngle bed very small and poor quality of matress
nothing - will never be back again
Staff Attitude Noisy and small rooms
staff, it was all about money since my first step until my checkout. When I arrived, the first thing that they said to me was: "You have to pay in advance because you reservation was made with booking.com". Where is the welcome message, happiness, cordiality? I will never come back and never tell to anyone to go there.
