A localização é perfeita. Quem reserva um flat, as vezes quer fazer refeição no local. é o caso dos hipertensos q preferem fazer suas refeições por causa da dieta de sal.Embora com fogão, refrigerador, pia etc, não tinha um acessório de cozinha q lhe permitisse fazer sequer um chá, esquentar um leite, pois não tinha nem um microondas. O serviço de camareira tb deixava a desejar, pois toalhas não eram trocadas diariamente. Face as faltas desses acessórios seria melhor até oferecer o café da manhã.

Estava mais limpo que os aptos do hotel,so que sem nenhum serviço.Avisaram na entrada que o apto não tinha nada,inclusive cabides,prato,talheres.Achei muito estranho e o tempo que fiquei lá com tudo dentro das malas. Aproveito para rearfirmar que quando fiz a reserva,não obtive nenhuma das informações sobre o apto 142 , que é da Total.Entrei em contato com os respomsaveis e não atenderam as solicitações

Localização e atendimento O restaurante do hotel é bem caro. A comida é excelente, porém, acho que deveria ter opções mais simples e mais em conta, principalmente para quem está a negócios e janta no hotel todos os dias.

Somente da localização. A conservação do apartamento precisa de atenção. Não há TV no quarto, o Sofá estava rasgado e o carpete precisa de higienização ou talvez substituição. Não há figobar no apartamento e se trata de um flat individual, alugado por uma imobiliária e que não é administrado pelo hotel (Massis ) que gerencia o local.
