Convenient to the airport, economic, good buffet dinner and breakfast. Our stay was solely overnight to catch an earlyl flight out. Poor communications regarding shuttle from the airport. |

Comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet. The close location to the airport makes it ideal for a stopover in Sao Paulo which can be reached by taxi in abot 20 minutes. |

Os funcionários são impecáveis e se empenham em atender qualquer necessidade sua. Fiquei-lhes muito grata pela sua amabilidade. O café da manhã, cobrado à parte, também é muito bem servido. Os quartos são bons e a internet funciona bem. Poderia haver um sistema de transporte mais barato também para o centro de Guarulhos, semelhante ao serviço que há para o aeroporto. Os preços de táxi são proibitivos e o hotel fica um pouco isolado. sei que isso não cabe exatamente ao hotel, mas fica aqui como sugestão. O bufê do jantar também poderia ser um pouco mais elaborado. |

Gostamos bastante do sistema Day Use, já que chegamos às 07:00 hs de um vôo internacional e reembarcamos às 19:00 hs. Normalmente, teríamos que pagar duas diárias para ficar nesse período de tempo. Bem perto do aeroporto. Boas instalações e bem limpo. Comida razoável. Deveria ser oferecido o serviço de mensageiro (carregador de malas). Quem quisesse desfrutar de tal serviço, poderia pagar separado, tal qual ocorre com o café da manhã. Dessa forma, não interferiria no valor da diária e não deixaria de ser oferecido o serviço a quem desejasse. |
