Taxi ride away from the hotel after checking out. Condition of rooms Totally no customer relations capabilities from staff, Unfriendliness of staff. Room key deactivated every night when I arrived at the hotel during my five night stay. Location not good. Notice in shuttle bus with respect to tips (gratuity) Showers water supply irregular and weak. Service levels of staff at check-in and providing a competent service.

We had a flight early in the morning and needed a hotel to spend the night. The 24h airport shuttle was really helpful. Their check in process takes forever..

Nothing The hotel is very old and very worn out, the buffet and breakfast were really below ****4 star standard, food was awful, staff was trying but incapable of decent service. Not worth it's money at all.

Close to airport, transfer to airport, I found the bed very uncomfortable and the pillows to big. The hotel didn't register properly on my sat nav. I was driving around for quite a while.

Friendly reception staff who could always find an English speaker to help! Good value dinner buffet and reasonably priced bar. Rooms and corridors require upgrading. Quite small rooms. If you don't like to hear aircraft this is not the place for you as its right under the approach for Sap Paolo airport! No outdoor area or pool to sit at.

Good shuttle system with nearby airport in Sao Paulo. Sufficient members of the staff were functional in English which was an asset for a unilingual traveler. Meals (all buffet style) were exceptionally good and quite reasonably priced. Room was small but quite functional and very clean. Staff were serious but friendly. Extremely close to airport flight path which led to constant noise from landings and take offs.

Proximity to airport Small rooms. Not clean bathrooms Air conditioning does not work properly - tried 2 rooms, same problem. VERY expensive for what they offer. Definitely NOT a 4* hotel more like a 3*. Would not stay there again.

Hotel close to Sao Paulo Guarulhos International Airport. Free shuttles (every 30 min from 4:00 am to midnight; located outside just in front of Terminal 2 - wing d). Quite simple hotel, with good bed. Nothing to do there: just ok for flight connection.
