One person at the front-desk spoke English and was really helpful. Hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport. Short-staffed when people check-in (when the free shuttle brings people from the airport it is a mad dash to get in the line, but then everyone just crowds around and check-in becomes quite disorderly!) It would help to have more bilingual staff at the front desk. |

The location, is close to airport. That is the only reason to stay there. The hotel is old and kind of dirt. The walls in my room were black because the moisture. The facilities |

The staff at reception were helpful and accommodating. Airport Shuttle but was welcomed. The hotel is stuck in the middle of nowhere and a lot farther from the airport than the location might indicate (road access). Nothing really is in walking distance if you want to kill time. |

Vicinity to the aiport and the shuttle service. Breakfast and dinner where great and at very reasonable prices Staff do not know a word in English or Spanish, being this a "business hotel". Impossible to communicate if you do not know Portuguese. There's nothing around where to go. |

nothing, just the facility of being very near to the airport, and the service of tranfer free to there. At the website of booking and at the home page of the hotel, said that the hotel has a swimming pool and we arrived earlier to enjoy it. But when we arrive at this hotel, there was no swimming pool, and the staff said that the swimming pool didnt exist anymore(more than months) and they had put a restaurant in his place. |

Close to Guarlhos airport, with shuttle bus service. Reastaraunt was adequate. The swimming pool featured on the website doesn't exist. There are no facilities for spending time outside - not even a chair. |

Close to airport for an early flight. Photo shows a swimming pool that does not exist. When you check in, they strongly recommed using the locker, which does not work. Neither it did on the second room, where they changed me after it did not in the first one (receptionist pretended that code needed 6 digits). Room was paid the first night (without invoice) and the morning after, staff intended to charge it again. Fortunately I had kept the credit card invoice, which they copied (apparently there was not proof in the computers, which staff is constantly browsing through). TV cable or satellite but only CNN and Brazilian TVs ... etc, etc |

The Hotel has an excellent location near the GRU Airport and provides a frequent shuttle service - thus ideally suited for transit. Good value for money, free Internet access. Comment from one of my colleagues (we had booked 3 apartments separately: Dixon, Potts & de Waal; 12/13 Sept 2009): it´s location in a semi-industrial area. |

Convenient to the airport, economic, good buffet dinner and breakfast. Our stay was solely overnight to catch an earlyl flight out. Poor communications regarding shuttle from the airport. |

Comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet. The close location to the airport makes it ideal for a stopover in Sao Paulo which can be reached by taxi in abot 20 minutes. |
