Great location and very nice room. Mine came with a great view to the TV tower and the soccer stadium.

Facilities are nice, breakfast assortment is good, the bed is spacious and the rooms are new and functional. The hotel is well situated in the middle of the "wings",

The cleaning lady left our dinner plates from one day to another in both rooms we had.

The internet didn't work. Complained couple of times but ended up getting no connection whatsoever.

Location. It is in the south part, north is better, near a big shopping and dinner options. In front to the main plaza - nice but noise - seems a show was going on there.

I might be lucky because of Sunday after Christmas and nobody was there. The hotel upgraded my room and I could enjoy great view from one of the best suits on 18th floor! The location was convenient for sightseeing in centro and an omelet that I had at breakfast was delicious!!

Internet is horrible. Slow and very unstable. Some basic services missing. They didn't have a dental hygienic kit to provide me and couldn't inform where should I go to buy a toothbrush. The hotel bar and lobby is definitely an adult place. This is not a family hotel at all.

Great rooms, great buffet breakfast, friendly staff.

They messed up the booking... put my friend in a different room and kept telling me he had not checked in... when he had been there for 4 hours! Staff was nice about mistake and did not charge for that second room. All was sorted out. But had both of us very worried for several hours.

Booked a double room but got given a suite- with 2 bedrooms, a seperate lounge area with a kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. Was on the 18th floor with great views of the Eixo Monumental down to the National Congress. Cleanliness of rooms was great and the general standard of fixtures and fittings was v.high.

The pool area / sauna and gym are token gestures and not really fitting in size for the size of the hotel. Also the clocks were wrong by an hour in lots of places in the hotel (and in Brasilia in general) meaning we missed breakfast on the first day. Very odd.

Fantastic center ville location (check Google Maps); less than 150 meters from amazing city view daily opened 8am-8pm at the tv tower; 50 meters from fogo de chao an amazing barbecue restaurant; in front of an Executive Airport Bus stop to and from the airport (enough confortable and very cheap 30 minutes bus trip, for only r$ 8, that is 1/5 of the average Taxi price); large multispace apartment (living room, bedroom, luggage and wardrobe room, large bathroom, 2 TVs, small fridge, coffee tea hot water); well cleaned spaces; very rich and largely varied 6am- 10am breakfast; next to many wonderful Catholic Churches (the Cathedral, Dom Bosco Shrine, Santa Cruz and Saint Edwiges Parish); very close to most of the city Tourist atractions (the National Museum, the Presidential and the Ministerial Buildings, the Congress Building and its Annexes, The Justice Palace, The Itamaraty Palace, the Supreme Court Palace and the Candangos sculpture in front of it ); last but not least, very good cost-benefit relation (3 nights, including weekend, averaged r$ 285 each, taxes included).

The sofas could have been a little more confortable (less deep, 10 to 15 cm higher and more firm and larger seats); the shower glass door passage should have been a little more larger (at least 15 to 20 cm, I guess); we should have a different phone number for each of these different services: Front Desk, Room Service, WakeUp Calls and Housekeeping, instead of having to call all of them at the same "Express 1" number which makes us have long waits most of times; it should have been expressely stated next to the phone which calls do we pay for and how much.

The executive room was very spacious and nicely furnished, very comfortable for stay

The hotel is based in the hotel district of Brasilia, so no great view. It is a brasilia problem
