Facilities are very good considering the price. Confortable bed and good service. Very convenient location. Food not so good, but there are lots of restaurants around. Room service food is not so good, but there are very good restaurants nearby.

We got there from a booking.com deal. I was afraid that it would be old and ill maintained like the Othons, but I was extremely pleased to see that my fear was unfounded. Even though the facilities were not in pristine shape (I.E. pool had some algae and seemed to lack chlorine, tv was not properly plugged in but easy to fix, shower showed some signs of wear), the overall state of everything was good to excellent. I notified the reception about the pool issue and they promised to look into it, but I didn't have the chance to check it afterwards. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. The location is excellent (at least for me): many restaurants and a supermarket at walking distance, drugstore across the street and a 15 min walk to Iguatemi Shopping. Free Wi-Fi Internet in the room. Pool with algae. The window glass is not doubled, so the room is a little vulnerable to excessive street noise. Rooms use the annoying card activated system where you need to leave a card in the slot for appliances to work. Since it affects the A/C, it forces me to rig the system to keep it on. Free Internet is only available to one device at a time.

I liked the location, the view and the warm welcome of the staff when I arrived in the morning. They were pleasant and very attentive to my needs which was appreciated. Room service could do with improving. When I arrived at the hotel I ordered a moqueca off the menu, waited an hour and a half before I was told they couldn't make it due to missing coriander. There was no apology about this so I can only imagine this was normal service. Much worse was the fact that the evening staff were rude and unhelpful. Having read the hotel information and seen there was a happy hour between 6.30 and 8.30 along with a warm Brazilian welcome where you could try a sample of some typical drinks, I went to the bar to investigate, around 7ish. After being ignored for 10 minutes, I was able to call someone over to ask and was treated with utter disdain. Apparently I should have know that happy hour had been stopped six months earlier. They then failed to offer me any other drinks or make adequate suggestions. I then asked them further about this and was abruptly left on my own while they got the manager. The manager listened to the issue and without so much of an apology then suggested that perhaps I would like to hit a night club despite my having said as a single female in the city I just wanted a quiet drink to start off my evening. I can't think of a more contrasting piece of advice. I then said I'd look at the menu but after 15 minutes of no service from them left as I felt utterly unwelcome. This was on a quiet night so quite how they would manage welcoming in visitors in a busier week I have no idea. The bar was pretty deserted as it was for a reason - no one felt comfortable there! Finally, last but not least, don't expect to have a decent swim in the roof top pool. The photos are misleading as it's not much bigger than a large bath tub!

The service at reception pathetic. I am up to date not sure if we have paid double. The chinese lady at reception was pathetic unhelpful an even rude anhd nor prepared to help.

I asked for a non smoking room that was not available when checking in. I had to upgrate room paying r$ 100/day difference to get immediate access to the room due to time restriciton to attend an event.

This was a very nice and comfortable hotel. We stayed for 6 nights as part of an extended hotel in Brazil. Everything basically just works at the Meliá Jardim Europe. Staff were very helpful and efficient. The view from the top of the building is fantastic. The area is a little bit quiet, but safe and with a lot of good restaurant options, though no shopping or nightlife. Pool was quite a bit smaller than it looked on the website.

Kindness of the staff, availability to accomodate my request of late check out. 24h security / guest service around the hotel, free in-room locker. A very good business and leisure hotel. High rates for using computers and internet in the business center (but same charges are also at Radisson)

O hotel é muito bem localizado, as acomodações são confortáveis, o café da manhã é muito bem servido. Um funcionário do hotel bateu na porta de nosso quarto indevidamente, para saber se estávamos hospedados, quando previamente dissemos por quantos dias ficaríamos no quarto, e a comida poderia ser melhor.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, perto de bons restaurantes e bom comércio em geral. O serviço de camareiras faz uma espécie de "passagem de turno" bizarra...por volta das 17:30 hs do dia, se voce está no banho ou mesmo descansando e esqueceu de colocar o aviso de "Não perturbe" na porta...prepare- se: imediatamente após bater na porta, a camareira abrirá a porta do seu quarto repentinamente....supostamente para perguntar se está tudo bem com o serviçco....!! Absurdo!!

A localização do hotel é excelente. Fiquei muito decepcionado com o atendimento dos recepcionistas Catarina e Rafael. Fiz a reserva pelo booking de uma diária e decidi ficar um dia a mais, perguntei para o recepcionista Rafael se na segunda diaria seria cobrada a mesma tarifa do Booking e ele confirmou que sim. No check out levei um susto, me cobraram a tarifa cheia, fiquei discutindo com eles quase 3 horas e fui tratado com muita indiferença. Não recomendo este hotel com este tratamento para ninguem. Antes de acertar qualquer coisa com eles, recomendo ter por escrito, pois eles não têm palavra. Tive a sensãção de estar conversando com robôs, pessoas automatizadas para fazerem o que foi programado e não ouvirem os clientes. Fiquei muito decepcionado.

Não foi muito agradavel Infelizmente não tive uma estada muito agradavel pois ao chegar ao meu quarto encontrei uma cama com lençois sujos e cheio de pelos com manchas. Apos uma meia hora de discussões com o pessoal do hotel resolveram me trocar de quarto. Quando eram umas 22:00 da noite resolvi pedir travesseiros e quando chegou ao meu quarto o mesmo veio junto com uma cobrança que somente depois de uma reclamação foi retirada. O estacionamento do hotel é demorado e com falta de funcionarios. Definitivamente longe do serviço de um 5 estrelas!!!

O meu quarto estava preparado para receber só um hóspede, o banheiro velho e o quarto do meu sogro estava com o caso quebrado, ele reclamou e nem deram atenção. Acredito que se não melhorarem precisam mudar a quantidade de estrelas e o preço. Deixou muito a desejar!

O Hotel muito confortável,cama ótima,limpeza. Adorei a surpresa de ter ferro de passar no quarto. Qdo recebidas fomos informadas que não havia quarto de não fumante disponivel sendo que havíamos reservado com um mês de antecedência.Fomos conferir o quarto então disponível e foi impossível ficar um cheiro muito forte.Solicitamos a troca e em 05 minutos havia o quarto...deduzimos que por se tratar de uma promoção do Booking teríamos que aceitar.Muito demorado também o serviço do restaurante,mas fora isso foi ótima nossa estada nos 03 dias!!

O quarto é excelente, principalmente o luxo com varanda. O serviço de quarto também é ótimo e rápido. O pessoal da recepção é um pouco lento. Achei que haviam poucos justamente no horário do meio-dia, que é quando se encerram as diárias. Fiquei na fila uns quinze minutos para que eu fosse atendido para fazer o check-out. A minha solicitação de quarto em andar alto, somente foi atendida quando eu concordei em pagar a diferença para apartamento luxo.
