Apartments like this give more relaxation and convenience while staying. While checking out, hotel was not able to cancel the authorisation on my credit card, which they did on my check-in. It put a lot of burden on me. I had to call them again and again after leaving from another cities. They didn't have the courtesy to call me back and confirm the cancellation.

The hotel was great, kind and considerate employees. Rooms clean. Corresponded fully the cost-benefit of staying in site. Certainly our family returned to Curitiba and this hotel is an excellent option. The Batel neighborhood is great for a stay in town. Parking could be the hotel itself and not belong to another company.I Would have the most complete maps of the city at the hotel, we've had no time to pass the tourist information center of the city and the map provided in the hotel was more illustrative and so we get lost in the city since I did not use gps

óTimo atendimento, ótimo quarto, facilidades de utilização do wi-fi, ótima localização, ótimo chuveiro e ótimos kits de banho. Gostei muito de minha estadia. Achei um pouco caro o valor do café da manhã q é cobrado a parte no valor de r$ 18,00 por pessoa.

A concepção das acomodações do hotel é muito boa: sala com tv e ar- condicionado, quarto com tv e ar condicionado, kitchenette com geladeira, fogão, forno de micro-ondas e pia tipo cozinha. Entretanto faltaram: pratos, talheres, panelas e demais artefatos que permitiriam usar devidamente a kitchenette. Quanto ao serviço de bar/restaurante: inacreditável, estava fechado no sábado às 20h, apesar do panfleto do hotel indicar que estaria aberto até as 23h30. Portanto não dá para acreditar na propaganda do hotel.

Espaço e divisão do apartamento, além da cortesia do pessoal da recepção. Venho fazendo reservas no Booking a 2 anos e esta foi a primeira vez em que tive problemas com o valor cobrado. O valor total de acordo com a reserva correspondia a r$ 219,00, porém o valor cobrado pelo Mercure, segundo e-mail encaminhado pelo Booking foi de r$ 229,00. o recepção do hotel não tem um ambiente agradável.

Localização. Tamanho dos aptos. Atendimento dos funcionários. Houve dificuldade em encontrar a reserva feita através da Booking. Na saída - C.out - a funcionária Gislene (se não me engano o nome - no dia 13/01/12 manhã) copiou em um papel o nº do meu cartão de crédito - o que me deixou preocupada, sob a alegação de confirmação do cancelamento da pré autorização com o pagamento efetuado.

Localização boa, quartos espaçosos em excelente estado. Não deixaram claro no momento do chekin as tarifas para estacionamento e café da manhã. Não me lembrava que a reserva não incluía café, no entanto, deveriam avisar no chekin e informar o valor, por r$ 18,00/pessoa o café, vale mais a pena ir nas padarias ao lado com melhor custo x benefício.

Viajamos con una niña en silla de ruedas por una consulta médica, las instalaciones eran adecuadas para discapacitados y el personal muy amable. Excelente apartamento, amplio y bien diseñado. Su cocina bien equipada facilita efectuar las comidas dentro del mismo, lo que permite reducir costos durante la estadía. El desayuno - no incluido - era caro y no demasiado interesante.
