The access to the beach and the very small roof pool were nice. The awful smell coming out from the bathroom and the noisy aircos of all neighbours. |

Except for one staff member who we several times experienced as rude, uninterested and at times directly mouthy, the rest of the staff was super nice. I had my birthday while staying at the hotel and the staff helped with both my surprise party and making dinner reservations! Our main problem while staying at Mirador flat was communication. There were only 3 staff members who spoke any English - two of them very bad, and one some. Running a hotel at a tourist destination without staff members speaking English is both difficult and at them frustrating and most of the time the only way me and my companion managed was based on the fact that I spoke some Spanish which is similar to Portugese. The other problem we had by staying there was the level of cleanliness. They never vacuumed our flat, only swept it with a brush, and they never washed our bathroom benches. We even tried leaving house keeping big tips to hope for some extra service, but this did not happen. |

The employees were very helpful to us especially the front desk. We needed help with some telephone calls and they were exceptionally caring. The young man on the night shift always asked if he could do anything for me as I had become ill during my stay. All were nice to speak with. The bed was hard as a rock. There was only two pillows. The couch had numerous large stains on it. We were only given one door key. We had to ask for bath towels. Children were allowed to run wild at the pool with no parental supervision. Only one umbrella at the hotel near the pool. |

Good location, two pools. My room was flooded with toilet water for two whole days. Although the concierge tried to open the pipes, the room was still flooded and it was smelling very bad. I was never relocated to another room!!! I hope this would never happen to anyone trying to spend his/her holidays. |

Två i receptionen talade engelska Om man ska säga något negativt så är det väl frukosten. Den är väldigt enformig och litet utbud. Efter 3-4 veckor är man ganska "mättad av samma sorts mat" |

ottima colazione. unico albergo trovato in brasile che abbia la nutella!!direttamente sulla spiaggia , staff che parla anche italiano, posizione perfetta . è a pochissimi metri dalla spiaggia e a poche centinaia di metri dai ristorantini e locali serali.staff gentile , ottima agenzia di turismo a cui si appoggiano.bella piscina.camere belle e pulitissime. peccato che il phon si dovesse prendere in reception e non era disponibile in camera. |

Da localização, excelente! Confortável, funcionários simpáticos, boa comida... Apenas uma chave (cartão magnético) para um apartamento com duas pessoas. Se uma sai, a outra fica às escuras...??? |

Personeel sprak redelijk Engels,was behulpzaam. We waren hier voor 1 nacht om de overstap te maken voor de terugreis. Tegen bijbetaling mochten we een latere uitcheck doen om 17 u. vreselijke stank in de kamer,soort mottenballenlucht.Haren in het (schone?!) bed die niet van ons waren! Ongelofelijk harde airco's.Ligging was wel dichtbij strand maar om ons heen werd gebouwd en als uitzicht keken we op een bouwval. |

Próprio para familia com opção de decanso (piscina ) para quem não quer se banhar na praia . Silencioso estava lotado e parecia que não havia quase ninguém . Cozinha muito boa ( almoço e jantar ) ,. Café da manhâ com opções de escolha na hora. Is good for all family and you can stay at the pool if you not go into beach . silence even full . You have a good acomodation in a Strategic site at the beach and you can receive a good service considering the price. There is a good cook for dinner and lunch and for breakfast you can ask for some available dishes. Very nice .Excellent there is no sunkbath ( spa ) at the bathroom and there is no gym to practice exercises into the hotel ( only swimming ) but consdidering the price of course this is not a trouble. |

tranquillita', posizione bagno della stanza leggermente carente, manca acqua calda rubinetto lavandino, non c'e' fono per capelli. causa vicinanza mare forte umidita' e un po' di cattivo odore per questo motivo in stanza. |

El personal del hotel es excepcional, la ubicación es excelente ya que se encuentra en primera línea de playa de Pontanegra, las habitaciones son amplias, al igual que las camas. Dispone de una gran bouffet en el desayuno. Quizás intentaría mejorar el horario de limpieza de habitaciones |

prachtige appartementen, met name de appartementen met zeezicht. De kamers zijn ruim en netjes ingericht, en worden bovendien elke dag grondig schoongemaakt. De locatie van het hotel is geweldig. Het personeel achter de receptie praat niet altijd Engels. Het ontbijt was redelijk, de vruchtensappen zijn alleen net water. |
