Hotel staff went out its way to be helpful. Hardly the 4-star hotel it was listed as. The room was small; the television did not have movies; a friend's room had a dirty carpet. |

Staff needs to advice that you have to book the free shuttle bus the night before , otherwise it is possible it is full at the time you have to go |

They took us to the Airport at 4:00 am when other hotels in the area begin their airport shuttle service at 6:00 am. The staff was not so friendly. They didn't speak english or spanish and weren't so helpful; besides, we didn't have brazilian reales and when paying in cash in dollars, thy gave us a poor exchange rate in comparison with other places. The worst thing: the huge dead cockroach in the bathroom. |

it was not too far from the airport they would not change my booking to a day room- we only were at the hotel for just over 6 hours |

transfer bom fiqui no monaco hotel so uma noite, mas o bastante pra n gostar de certas coisas.....primeiro fiz uma reserva da australia que vim de la pra um quarto double e qdo cheguei so tinha o quarto com duas camas...ridiculo, pois tive que juntas as camas enfimmmm..... |

Os recepcionistas da noite sao otimos, muito educados e atenciosos !!! chegamos a 1 da manha e fomos muito bem atendidos O site diz 7km do aeroporto e na realidade e mais q isso...o transfer oferecidos pelo hotel nao e informado de mandeira clara, eu mandei varios email pedido informacoes e nao recebi nada de resposta, qd cheguei ao aeroporto nao sabia q o onibus espera la fora eu acredito de hora em hora, estava acostumada a ter alguem la esperando com o meu nome, entao como nao tinha ninguem tive q pagar R$35,00... |

A gentileza da equipe ( principalmente a do restaurante ). O hotel deveria colocar as fotos reais das acomodações equivalentes ao preço oferecido a fim de evitar problemas no check-in, ao invés de mostrar as fotos da suite luxo e hospedar os clientes nos quartos mais simples, os quais sao horriveis e incompativeis com a classificacao de 4 estrelas do hotel. |

Gute Erreichbarkeit mit Shuttle-Bus vom Flughafen, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, saubere Zimmer Sehr kleine Hotelzimmer, Frühstücksraum ohne Fenster und wie eine Bahnhofshalle, schmucklos, allerdings umfangreiches Frühstück. Außenfassade des Hotels sehr hässlich |

El servicio gratuito desde y hacia el aeropuerto , sale un autobus cada hora y en 10 minutos estas en el aeropuerto/hotel. no,nada, para su precio esta muy bien, aunque el barrio donde se encuentra es bastante feo, pero es muy comoda la cercanía con elaeropuerto. |
