C'était proche de l'aéroportLe déjeuner est de très bonne qualité Chambres très peu insonorisées, hôtel en construction (apparamment depuis 3 ans), chambre vraiment moins belle que sur les photos, et on m'a fait payé le transport pour le retour à l'aréoport (je n'avais pas payé pour l'allé, donc ce fus une désagréable surprise.) Le transport vers l'aréoport est une fois par heure.

Convenient location and courteous staff. I had to get a plane early in the morning and this hotel was fairly close to Guarulhos Airport. I did not like the fact that I had to share a bed with my child, I thought we would be given 2 single beds, as I informed that I was traveling with a 5 y/o child. The decoration of the bedroom and bathroom is really old style and not very welcoming.

Easy to book Only hourly pick up and drop off. Tiny room - bed sheets were not clean - found hairs on it. Good to take few hours of sllep. Sorroundings do not look very friendly.

This hotel was good value for money as an overnight stopover between flights. Close to airport with shuttle provided, surrounding area not really nice for longer stay. Hotel was advertised as having free shuttle between airport (Guarulhos) and hotel...........nothing was mentioned about the return journey being charged for. Obviouly if you go from airport to hoel you will require a return trip?!!!

I just received all the offer. The shuttle to the airport worked on time, the free Internent was working without problem and the brekfast was good. The location is also good to do small shopping.

Service was very good, room clean and ample, cable flat tv. Fast WiFi. Good shuttle service to the airport. Decent breakfast included in room rate. Gym is small, at an improper area (shared with other activities) and with no air condition. I did not consider it fit for purpose and did not use it.

I booked a larger room - King size bed, lcd tv. The hotel is being refurbished and is nicer than it was a month ago when I came here. The Wi-fi internet is free and the fastest I have experienced in all of Brazil. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The hotel is within walking distance from several restaurants and bars - they are down the hill from the hotel. The location can be a bit noisy on weekends.

Reasonable price with hotel shuttle and breakfast included Restaurant waiter was so incredibly arragant and failed to serve us as we watched 3 other parties being served that arrived after us. We walked out hungry, late at night, in a strange city after travelling all day since 4am. Everyone else at this hotel was very kind, very helpfull

The shuttle was on time from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle on the way back from the hotel to the airport is not free, arrived almost 30 mins late. The rooms were small, unclean, and the bathroom awful. Is was also very noisy, and the neighborhood dark and dangerous.

People can be so kind, but they rarely speak a different lenguaje other than portuguese, so it is very dificult to comunicae your needs. You can hear all other rooms sounds, you feel like the walls are made in papers only. Very small rooms

Reception is very efficient. I like the free wireless service. The safe in the room for keeping valuables did not work and maintenance could not get it to work...

The front desk staff was very willing to help and answer all of our questions. Lack of an iron for clothes, hair dryer,access to internet,etc.

Friendly staff I was very disapointed because the photos and description of the facilities were much better than the actual space. I have also booked a twin room, but in the end I have got a single room which was very small for my husband, my baby and myself.

The hotel is in fact a 2 stars hotel. The transportarion To the AirPort was not for free (it costed 5 reais pro person). The rooms have a bad smell of cigarette and moisture. I will never stay there again.

Close to International airport, Guarulhos. The staff were very confusing. They gave a smoking room for us. We complain, then they changed to another room very close to the first one. After 10 minutes we saw another guest in the first room complaining about the smoke smelling of the room.
