Staff is very friendly. There is shuttle bus to airport per hour.

The room is not like in the pictures. very old room, and small. This might be good for airlines staffs but nor good for tourists. There is nothing around to go. There is nothing in the restaurant for lunch or dinner

Location is good, near the international airport (Guarulhos). English is rarely spoken. Althoug the breakfast is so so, I would like to thank to F&B staff. I forgot my bag at there, when I turn back I learnt that they gave it to the reception. So many thanxxx.

While checking in, we would like to pay in Euros. The receptionist could not speak in English and she understood us that we said we paid already. So she told the situation a collugue of her wrongly and he asked us for the money in an angry manner. It was a pitty for us, cuz after 14 hours flying and we just wanted to check in and pay in Euros. It is a shame….

+ Breakfast was great. + Staff was helpful, but the lack of English skill was noticeable with non-Portuguese speakers.

- Cleanness could be much better. - Location is not recommend for people who want to walk around. - Too much money for little that you get.

Price.

Small room. Bad tv reception. Probably the weakest water flow I ever encountered in a hotel. Tore carpet in the room. Bad wifi. Charging hotel to airport bus trip (although the a to h is free). 4 brl for a small bottle of water.

terrible wifi connection. i hate when that happens. i looked for a hotel with wifi to connect online, so i want a solid connection in my room. i received no answer about my question through booking.com until i arrived. i booked 1 month in advance.

Kind of a chaos at the reception (as probably everywhere in Sao-Paolo). The place is very noisy: noise came constantly both from the street (building activity, car alarms) and hotel corridors (probably there is no sound insulation in the rooms). Booking confirmation lacks information about the precise place of the hotel shuttle bus stop at the airport (that is quite important).

Free bus transfer every hour to Guarulhos airport. Very good breakfast.

Terrible service. I did my reservation 1 1/2 before arrive, but during my check-in my reservation never appeared. So after show my printed reservation, they gave me a room where the toilet was not working, I complaint to the staff more than one and they never did something to fix the problem. I was with my wife and two small children in a room where the toilet was not working. Simply terrible!!!!!.

Choose this hotel because it is close to the airport, had just missed my flight. It was not that close to the airport, but close enough. And they have a cheap shuttle bus to get you back there, maybe they can pick you up too, don't know. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nothing fancy, but nice. Very comfy bed.

Nothing. The hotel was awful

The room was extremely dirty. Black hair on the pillows. Bathroom, hair everywhere and very muddy. When we went to change the room they gave us an even dirtier one. The third one was ok, luckily we stayed only one night. The staff at the reception didn't appologize at all. They were very rude and spoke very poor english.

The worst thing of this hotel was that it was very very noisy and was very dirty. The room was wery little. I think that the pictures on Internet are completely Photoshopd!!

The fact it was close to Guarulhos airport and offered a fair price.

The stuff at the reception were really slow, every little request took a lot of time to handle.

Excellent value hotel for one night stay and not far from airport, now free shuttle bus. Good breakfast

Not easy to visit to Sao Paulo city centre - 30 minute bus ride + 15 minute on train, but if willing to use transport web sites to find intormation only costs r$6.50

Airport shuttle, although it costs $5 per person. Was on time and efficient. WiFi in room worked. Hot water in shower. Front desk spoke some English which was helpful.

Location is ghetto, you really can't leave the hotel. Bathroom was extremely outdated. Breakfast was very sub-par. "Workout facilities" were a total joke! Basically 1 treadmill and 1 weight machine in a large room filled with random beds and chairs.

The hotel staff friendliness and the different variety of food for breakfast. I also like the shuttle service from and to the airport.

The best aspect of the hotel is breakfast which was good enough.

This hotel does not deserve any star not four star. The room was very small as twin room for two people. Every thing was very old, no one in my country, the poorest person would not use those beds. They were very noisy during my stay. This hotel could be a poor people's tourist hotel, not a foru star hotel.
