It was close to the airport

We had to leave early morning so we could'nt have a breakfast

Close to airport and in the city centre of Guarulhos which has many shopping facilities.

Reception staff totally unfriendly and unhelpful and didn't speak any English, German or French. Hotel a bit shabby but okay for one night due to location near the airport. The following day (the day of departure) the whole hotel had absolutely no fresh water either for showering, drinking or for flushing the toilet and were'nt offered alternatives until we actually checkied out at 11am, despite asking reception at 7.30am! On check-out we were then informed we could go to their sister hotel to shower, but by then it was too late and we still hadn't been offered any drinking water and were leaving without brushing our teeth etc. Imagine the condition when the whole hotel had no water!! Do I need to say more! We'd booked 2 doubles and 1 triple room. Triple room had a pull out sofa bed which proved to be very uncomfortable with only a paper thin mattress. We also had to ask for it to be made up as on arrival in the room there were no sheets, pillows, towels etc for the third person. Just thinking back to the state of the toilets and hygiene make me shudder!

The convenience as its close to the airport and runs an airport shuttle every hour or so. However, the shuttle from the airport to the hotel is free but you have to $3 per person for the shuttle back.

The service was rather bad. We ordered bottles of water up twice and they never brought them. They only arrived after the third time we called room service. Furthermore, when we decided to extend our stay by one day we were asked to come down immediately and pay (this never happened at any other hotel that calls itself a 4 star..). This hotel is not a 4 star and definitely doesn't look anything like one. The bus shuttle back from the hotel was a dilapidated bus with fumes that you cannot imagine. There was no air conditioning and the bus was throwing out fumes all over the place, including inside the seating area. In contrast, the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a brand new air conditioned bus. Also, the room service menu prices were ridiculous. We stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Sao Paulo and the prices were the same and the food there was extraordinary. However, at Monaco Convention we paid the same price for room service, the food was sub par and they wanted to charge us an extra $7 for CUTLERY!!! Breakfast was mediocre. Overall, decent (but overpriced) place to spend a night if you need to catch a flight. Don't expect anything 4 star.

Nothing. Dirt bedroom and the food was disgusting.

Easy to book

Only hourly pick up and drop off. Tiny room - bed sheets were not clean - found hairs on it. Good to take few hours of sllep. Sorroundings do not look very friendly.

This hotel was good value for money as an overnight stopover between flights. Close to airport with shuttle provided, surrounding area not really nice for longer stay.

Hotel was advertised as having free shuttle between airport (Guarulhos) and hotel...........nothing was mentioned about the return journey being charged for. Obviouly if you go from airport to hoel you will require a return trip?!!!

I just received all the offer. The shuttle to the airport worked on time, the free Internent was working without problem and the brekfast was good. The location is also good to do small shopping.

That this hotel was close to the airport so that we can sleep after a long flyed.

Service was very good, room clean and ample, cable flat tv. Fast WiFi. Good shuttle service to the airport. Decent breakfast included in room rate.

Gym is small, at an improper area (shared with other activities) and with no air condition. I did not consider it fit for purpose and did not use it.

Reasonable price with hotel shuttle and breakfast included

Restaurant waiter was so incredibly arragant and failed to serve us as we watched 3 other parties being served that arrived after us. We walked out hungry, late at night, in a strange city after travelling all day since 4am. Everyone else at this hotel was very kind, very helpfull

Location, close to the airport

Shuttle service very poor, waited more than an hour. Furthermore, hotel was under construction.

The front desk staff was very willing to help and answer all of our questions.

Lack of an iron for clothes, hair dryer,access to internet,etc.

A conveniência estar a poucos minutos do aeroporto, e poder contar com traslado de hora em hora 24 hrs por dia. Para quem necessita de uma boa noite de sono que antecede uma viajem é uma boa opção.
