its very confortable and clean. Beds are good too. the street is noisy at night. Augusta street is not a calm street. There are a lot of night clubs around the hotel, and it is not a calm place to walk around. As I stayed at sixth floor, I had no problems to sleep with the noise from the street. |

the hotel staff was very helpfull and knew all the questions we asked them concerning shopping,restaurants, the metro systems and the taxi systems.they were also helpfull in organising taxies to the airport and restaurants.This hotel is very good value for money although it might seem to a traveller that the area in which it is situated might be a bit scruffy after dark. |

Solid all round performance, in the city centre, and excellent value. Location was a bit noisy late at night at the weekend (traffic and night life); this would be true for all hotels in this district. |

The staff was nice, and the bedroom was clean. The location is good if you enjoy nightlife. The wireless internet connection was flaky in my floor (but ok in the ground floor). |

Rooms are very comfortable and clean. very professional hotel staff. international breakfast was very good. positive surprised ! the athmospere around the hotel is not everyone's taste... but we never had a bad feeling. red light district with some bars, not very quiet but friendly. |

Second time i have stayed in this hotel. Very profesional and friendly staff from reception to housekeeping. Location not bad at all close to Paulista Avenida. Breakfast continental style nice display and enough choice. Big plus free internet access in the bedrooms. I will definitely stay again. |

The decoration of the lobby is wonderful, the hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The most important is that they have in-room Wi-Fi internet. The neighborhood is noisy at night, with people shouting and laughing, as well as traffic noises. The (written) room service guide is not very good and needs improvement. |

better than expected quality of the room. good value breakfast Hard to communicate - not much English or Spanish spoken. No laundry or ironing facilities. I ended up in a smoking room in spite of requesting a non-smoking one. |

The hotel was centrally located. Everything you need is within walking distance. I stayed in one of the rooms in the back and it was really quiet. The free wireless was very helpful and the breakfast is good too. There's a nice shopping mall about two blocks away with a very nice food store on the bottom floor so I didn't have to eat out all the time. Also, the beds are really comfortable. I actually liked the area the hotel was located in but it's definitely the red light district. I wouldn't recommend just wandering around at night. I did walk around by myself at night (I am a woman.) but it was always with a purpose - to get from point a to b. But there's some great areas within walking distance - Av Paulista, Jardins, etc. |
