The all hotel staff whom I met were very friendly and helpfull. The reception staff were willing to help me when I have speciall requests. The room I stayed for 3 nights were very clean and nice. It was not so noisy in the night which some people mentioned here about the noise from outside. I really enjoyed staying there and will reccomend the hotel if someone is going to Sao Paulo. If its location was close to the subway station, it was perfect. You have to walk for 10 - 15 mins to nearest station. |

Helpful staff, good breakfast The bathrooms are really bad, the room I was given had a serious drain problem, they should really think about a total reform of them. Moreover, cleaning had not been accurate enough. They eventually gave us another room, and it was much better, but the bathroom was still inadequate |

This hotel was extremely clean, comfortable beds, a decent breakfast, and wonderful room service. Plus I had a good view from my room, as my room had a huge balcony... Well this is minor... But I had paid in full- for our entire stay at the hotel on my first day there, when I asked to use the Internet on my last day, btw I never use it throughout my entire stay- I was told that I must paid for it, as I was no longer a guest there? |

friendly reception and efficient service both during check-in and check-out unattractive surroundings and lack of restaurants in the vicinity. The Italian eatery recoomended by the hotel staff was a rip-off. |

The rooms are big and confortable. Well furnished. The personnel of the hotel had inistently recomended the transport to the airport by a private bus that takes peopole from a number of hotels. This bus was not only 40 minutes delay but 45 minutes after (therefore well 85 minutes after the scheduled time) was still very close to the hotel in another hotel taking more people. I had to leave the bus and take a taxi in order not to loose the plain. I asked for the reimbursement of the tiket (30 reais) and this was rejected. I therefore certainly reccomend turists not to take such bus and wonder which are the responsibilities of the hotel in this issue. |

Hotel Moncloa was in a good centralized location. I had a map that spread everything out and made the city seem huge. I was actually able to walk everywhere from this hotel. The price was amazing. I was skeptical of the hotel based on the price, but decided to try it out based on the other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The room was clean, and I even had a balcony! There was a complimentary breakfast included. I don't know that I would recommend the hotel for those looking for a grand vacation or one of luxury, but I would definately recommend it to those visiting alone, on a quick trip to/through Sao Paulo, young tourist/backpackers, or on a budget; as I didn't spend much time in the room. As mentioned in a few other reviews, it was a rather loud area, especially Thursday - Sunday. I believe that staying in a room located on the rear side of the hote would solve this. There are a few clubs located next to and across the street from the hotel, and some of the patrons can be a bit loud. I read a few reviews stating that it may be the Red Light District, but if it is, I never noticed. I noticed (what I think was) a strip club, but never bothered. This said, I never felt unsafe or threatened in the area; during the day or late at night! |

hotel is clean. room rate was very reasonable, especially with the dollar weakening and price for goods and services in sao paulo increasingly steadily over the past year. wireless internet access did not work in the room. worked in the lobby, but internet speed was very slow. |

its very confortable and clean. Beds are good too. the street is noisy at night. Augusta street is not a calm street. There are a lot of night clubs around the hotel, and it is not a calm place to walk around. As I stayed at sixth floor, I had no problems to sleep with the noise from the street. |

יחס הוגן של הצוות. שתוף פעולה ורצון לעזור. מיקום מצוין המאפשר הליכה ברגל לכל מוקדי התיירות ברובע פלריניו בסלוודור. Sincere wish to help by the hotel stuff The hotel location is close to the main turist atructions, but the exact location of the otel is in a vey neglected neighberhood. סביבתו המידית של המלון הינה מוזנחת ומעט מאיימת. מצד שני מיקום מצוין ליד רובע פלריניו. |

the hotel staff was very helpfull and knew all the questions we asked them concerning shopping, restaurants, the metro systems and the taxi systems.they were also helpfull in organising taxies to the airport and restaurants. This hotel is very good value for money although it might seem to a traveller that the area in which it is situated might be a bit scruffy after dark. |

Solid all round performance, in the city centre, and excellent value. Location was a bit noisy late at night at the weekend (traffic and night life); this would be true for all hotels in this district. |
