The area around the hotel, without being dangerous, looks a little bit gloomy with a lot of prostitution clubs around. |

The hotel itself is fine. However although it's only 1 km away from the main avenue Paulista, it's the wrong way. There are prostitutes on the st reet outside the hotel, it's very noisy at night and there are lots of street people. Now maybe there are people sleeping in the streets everywhere in SP, I don't know, but there were plenty on Rua Augusta. |

the rooms were quite big. Balcony was great. Helpful staff who could speak english. the room service food could do with improvement. Could also offer a section in the hotel lobby for tourist information. I di not feel safe walking around outside at night. |

Very nice staff, room equipment, breakfast room, 15 min. walk to Avenida Paulista (--> Metro Station), Clubs and Pubs well frequented by students and midclass some meters in distance (so the insecure feeling about the red light zone isn't too bad) , free and nearly fast Internet-access Technical problems with telephone |

The staff was very accomodating and helpful. The breakfast was available until 11:00. Good location. The television did not work very well, neither did the telephone, the shower door was broken and didn't shut, the room was a little run down. Not four stars as listed, but perfectly adequate 2 and a half stars. |

Hotel location was excellent, very friendly and helpful hotel staff, room was basic but comfortable and very clean. Free excellent Wi-fi internet which worked in room. Brilliant breakfast buffet. During the evening there appeared to be escorts (prostitutes) soliciting not far from the hotel, but this did not cause real problems, although for a family with young children this may be less suitable. |

The all hotel staff whom I met were very friendly and helpfull. The reception staff were willing to help me when I have speciall requests. The room I stayed for 3 nights were very clean and nice. It was not so noisy in the night which some people mentioned here about the noise from outside. I really enjoyed staying there and will reccomend the hotel if someone is going to Sao Paulo. If its location was close to the subway station, it was perfect. You have to walk for 10 - 15 mins to nearest station. |

The hotel could have been perfect if there is a staff who could at least speak/understand basic English. At least, there is someone you could ask how to go about the city. no one speaks English. |

Helpful staff, good breakfast The bathrooms are really bad, the room I was given had a serious drain problem, they should really think about a total reform of them. Moreover, cleaning had not been accurate enough. They eventually gave us another room, and it was much better, but the bathroom was still inadequate |

This hotel was extremely clean, comfortable beds, a decent breakfast, and wonderful room service. Plus I had a good view from my room, as my room had a huge balcony... Well this is minor... But I had paid in full- for our entire stay at the hotel on my first day there, when I asked to use the Internet on my last day, btw I never use it throughout my entire stay- I was told that I must paid for it, as I was no longer a guest there? |
