Dos funcionários em geral, sempre atendiam o que solicitavamos e com muita educação. Quarto muito pequeno, café da manhã deixou a desejar muito, gerente mal educado, elevador com problemas em uma parte da estadia, preços absurdos dos produtos e serviços dentro do hotel. |

O custo benefício do hotel é muito bom. O hotel não tem luxo algum, porém tudo que se pode esperar na faixa de preço. O café da manhã com comidas locais é bom. A localização é o ponto forte. Perto do aeroporto, de 10 a 15 min a pé até a praia (fiz o trajeto) e muito perto do Shopping. Falta um pouco de cuidado nos detalhes; uma janela trincada aqui, o início de mofo em outro lugar, enfim detalhes |

Dos três tipo de quarto do hotel, paguei pelo de segunda categoria e, por ser lua de mel, tive o upgrade para o mais caro. Esse quarto, do mais caro, tinha uma cama de casal simples de 1,38m de largura. Achei lamentável o quarto mais caro do hotel ter uma simples cama dessa. As fotos do site foram trabalhadas. |

Atendimento dos funcionários O ar condicionado dos apartamentos (2) é muito barulhento. Caso você opte por não ligá-lo é insuportável o barulho do ar que vem dos outros apartamentos. A porta do banheiro é de vidro e não tranca, o que confere pouca privacidade para quem o utiliza. Há hotéis melhores na região com preços mais acessíveis. |

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Obwohl das Hotel am hinteren Rande von Boa Viagem liegt ist alles gut zu erreichen. Klimaanlage zu laut. |
