Funcionários atenciosos, bom café da manhã, relativamente perto da Rua Coberta, jardim agradável, quarto confortável. Me cobraram 10% de serviços que não estava especificado no detalhe da reserva do "booking". No booking aparecia "preço total" e me cobraram mais 10%.

Os funcionários do hotel são muito educados e atenciosos. Seu atendimento é excelente. O local em dias de sol é maravilhoso para crianças pequenas, pois dispõe de piscina, play ground e casa na árvore, além de muito espaço. O quarto standard possui excessiva claridade, pois não possui persiana, nem forro para sua cortina, de tal forma que nossa filha não consegui dormir à noite. Aí o hotel gentilmente substituiu o quarto standard por um quarto de luxo, que possui persianas e escurece totalmente. Falta este hotel também uma área de recreação fechada para crianças pequenas, para os dias de chuva. Ressalve-se que possui piscina térmica fechada, que pode ser usada nos dias chuvosos. Outro aspecto é a cobrança de 10%. Se ela não é obrigatória, não deve nem ser solicitada ao hóspede para evitar constrangimentos..
