The hotel is midway between bus the bus station and the city center so you can reach them easily (Unfortunately during night hours the city center is not so nice).

Not all the reception staff speak English and the wi-fy doesn't work properly

Convenience of location and bus to airport nearby. Staff were apologetic about sleepless night and also kept our luggage for us in storage.

First stay here the air conditioner and air conditioners from the other building nearby were far too noisy and we couldn't sleep all night. But subsequent stay was better as I asked for a room on the other side of building..

Location was ok, midway between bus station and city center, but not really close to any of them.

The staff was barely speaking andy English, and were not very friendly. This goes for the reception, but also elsewhere in the hotel. Common rooms dark and looking old.

As a fish fancier, I particularly liked the pool in reception with the Koi Carp. Also, the buffet breakfast was very good.

Great locality and facilities. Room was spacious and clean and well equipped.

The staff spoke very little or no English which for a high standard hotel is poor and very disappointing. We had a lot of problems just trying to communicate the simplest request. Our main reason for visiting Curitiba was to do the scenic train to Morretes but it meant missing the prepaid breakfast as the the tour pickup was 7.00am, the same time that breakfast started. Most hotels we have stayed in before have breakfast starting at six or have arranged a breakfast pack or room service.

Japanese culture inspired. Good bed, good air conditioning, clean sheets. Location. Breakfast. Good hair drier. Good shower.

The location is good. Internet worked well.

There is a pool, but it is indoors and more like a glorified bathtub.

It´s a very nice hotel, excellent location and staff. The best cost across benefits.

Outdated, very unconfortable beds and pillows, breakfast not up to standard, nobody spoke an6y English when we checked and we struggled to find somebody to speak the following day, cannot see how you can rate this hotel as 4 stars, not worth more than 2 in my opinion.

Good location, comfortable room, great breakfast.

The location was amazing. 15mins walk from airport bus stop. (we took bus to ferrarodaviera on the way in, but the Estacio shopping is actually the closest stop) 15min walk from transport links and 15mins walk from centre. Room and facilities good. Staff were excellent! Renon helped us book flights Curitiba to Sao Paulo with a brazilian website by using his own personal accoun. Meant that we got an amazing deal. went above and beyond.

It's not luxury if you're looking for luxury. We weren't tho.

Não gostei de nada.

As pessoas da recepção são absolutamente ineficientes. Aspecto do quarto e banheiro ruim. Internet muitíssimo lenta. Café da manhã fraco. Pessoal do restaurante descortês. Não aconselho esse hotel para ninguém.

Eu e meu marido gostamos de tudo.

Boa localização, preço justo, cumpriu o que se propôs, limpo, confortável.

Pode parecer preciosismo, mas como todo hotel médio brasileiro, há uma economia injustificável com travesseiros. Não vejo por que não dispor de, pelo menos, dois travesseiros por ocupante, como ocorre em todos os hotéis dos Estados Unidos, Canadá e Japão, apenas para citar países nos quais estive.

Do quarto em si, achei bastante aconchegante e confortável. E do acesso gratuito à internet no próprio quarto.

Da falta de opções em canais da televisão. Era difícil saber a partir de um menu de canais os canais realmente funcionando.

Internet sem sinal no quarto, requisito essencial para uma viagem a trabalho.

Ótimo atendimento, serviço de quarto, localização. Café da manhã bastante variado. Colchão confortável.

O exaustor do banheiro realmente faz barulho, mas não chega a incomodar. Durante a noite, há a opção de ligar apenas a luz auxiliar do banheiro, evitando o barulho do exaustor.

Otimo hotel proximo ao Shopping Estação e ao centro. Funcionários do hotel muito prestativos e receptivos desde a check-in até a saída. Bom café da manhã.

Não tem estacionamento, apesar de ter um em frente há uma estadia de R$ 15,00. Poderia ter convenio com o hotel.
