The hotel is in a good safe location on 20 mins walk from the Metro Station and there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The staff although polite were not very helpful. We stayed at the hotel during F1 Grand Prix weekend and the hotel staff knew nothing about the grand prix or how to get the the track except to suggest a taxi when in fact there were special shuttle buses laid on by the city from special pick-up points. They did not know where the nearest ATM was or even the times of the airport shuttle bus. The told us it ran every 10 mins when in fact it was only once an hour. It seemed like the staff did not know the area at all. It was extremely frustrating and we had to look everything up on the internet or go to other hotel receptions to find the info we needed. |

it was in a good region of city and close to touristic places. I tried once having dinner in the restaurant and the food was too salty. The hotel didnt have a pool (had a small pool which is only for playing) |

It is well located, near interesting business and shopping areas in Sao Paulo. A bit far from the nearest Metro station. The hotel looks a lot more luxurious from the outside than it really is in the inside. The rooms look a bit oldish and the hall ways need some painting. They should have free internet and not charge for it on a 24 hour basis. |

Location, staff, comfort and convinience; for the price, this is the place to stay. We were given a room upgrade and a very late check out without charge. Highly recommended! |

Do tamanho do quarto Várias coisas: apartamento com estilo muito antigo, parecia que estava na década de 80; box do chuveiro de cortina; metais do banheiro enferrujados, cofre com chave ao invés de ser automático, ou seja tinhamos que nos responsabilizar por uma chave pesadíssima. |

Anders als in Brasilien üblich, war das Englisch der Angestellten exzellent. Die Lage ist sehr gut (Parque Ibirapuera und Av. Paulista, U-Bahn Trianon/MASP) in Gehreichweite und ein sehr gutes Viertel. Leider war die Kommunikation der Rezeptionsangestellten untereinander nicht allzu gut. Von morgens getroffenen Absprachen wusste abends leider niemand mehr, so dass wir ohne Not das Zimmer wechseln mussten. |

Muy bien ubicado de facil acceso a los transportes y al centro financiero y comercial. Bueno!! El servicio de conserge del turno noche no condice con la ospitalidad de los turnos anteriores, deja mucho que decear la persona que me atendio ,otra desbentaja es que hice la reserva en dolares y solo aceptava reales.Poniendome incomodo a la hora de dejar el hotel.Deberian ver el tema de saldar la deuda con otra moneda. |

Embora tivesse feito reserva em quarto não fumante. E reiterado esta solicitação o recepcionista afirmou categoricamente que o quanto em que fiquei era "não fumante"... O cheiro de todo o andar dizia o contrário. Na manhã do dia seguinte quando já estava de saída voltei a perguntar para outro recepcionista se ele tinha certeza de que o quarto em que eu havia estado era de não fumantes em razão do forte cheiro. Ele então disse que o quarto e o andar em que eu havia estado era separado para Fumantes..!?!?! Embora já tivesse estado nesse hotel em diversas outras ocasiões há algum tempo não sei se voltarei. |

O café é bom, localização e atendimento bom. Faltam pequenas coisas para um melhor conforto: secador de cabelo, tv mais nova, trocar o piso ( carpete velho) tapete de banheiro, o hotel precisa ser remodelado, atualizado, o mobiliário está mal conservado, vale uma reforma para competir na região que se encontra. |

Da atenção dos funcionarios e do pronto atendimento de solicitações do capitão de portaria Sim: 1- providenciar para que os apartamentos reservados estejam prontos quando da chegada do hospede ao hotel ( chegamos as 14:05hs e só aprontaram o apartamento as 14:40hs) 2- Sou diabético e no café da manha não existia pão sem adição de açucar, geleia diet, ou suco sem adição de açucar ( existem diversas marcas no mercado) |
