.Location .large room .large bedroom .breakfast included
. hotel needs upgrade - everything is old, the quality of mattress, pillows and others are poor.
Nice suite, good space. Excellent location for business.
A little too old furniture. Staff could speak better English.
I love everything about the hotels, cool to relax and comfortable?
I didn't dislike anything about the hotels
The facility is located just close enough to Av Paulista that it's convenient to walk to, yet far enough away that there isn't the 24/7 noise. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance, plus two grocery stores in case you'd rather eat in the room. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds and flat-screen televisions. Best of all, Gerlarmo and the other team members were great to work with.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like. HB is usually my first choice of hotels in Sao Paulo.
nice crew with a high level atendant treatment, excelent food in special the Picanha.
old tv, smelled at the entrance momment like wetcarpet, but it stay ok after aircondicionair been turned on for one our.
The bath faucets. Old and outdated.
- location - entrance - top floor
- I had to wait for lazy staff to fix Internet which resulted in that I had to changed rooms. - worn down rooms - old bed clothes - breakfast too lean and with processed food - the reception forced me to pay for a dinner at the hotel I should have eaten when I was not even there that night - the pics show a fresh hotel with fresh rooms but I have not seen any fresh rooms...worn out!
Proximity to Paulista Av.
Unfriendly staff. One of the guys at the reception tried to steal my world cup tickets. The rooms are 200 times worse than what they show in the pictures.
English speaking reception staff and very friendly
I loved the rooftop gym and pool - very simple and small (tiny) but accessible. And breakfast was heavenly! Also, you get a whole apartment - kitchen, living room, bedroom that closes off, etc.
The apartment seemed old - it was like somewhere a grandmother would live, not like a posh hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed, but it could do with a remodel, so be prepared for that!
Then rooms were very spacious
everything about the hotel most especially the friendly accomodating staff
Friendly staff. Excellent location.
Best WiFi Friendly staff Best Location
Nobody speaks English or Spanish impossible to have good communication
Location. Staff was friendly enough. Internet worked fine for me.
Very dated. Not that clean. My room smelled horribly of smoke, even though I requested a non-smoking room. This place is a stretch to have 3 stars.
Very good location , right in the heart of Jardins . The garage is free , and the breakfast is ordinary . Friendly staff . Will stay there again in coming months .
Very comfortable room, big and with kitchen, you can eat there if you want with a microwave, good breakfast. I was in a high floor and on the backside : no noise with a separation with the living room and the bedroom.
Very bad internet, TERRIBLE !
The location is fair, but not THAT close to Av. Paulista. There are other hotels in the area that are closer, HB actually requires more walking than other hotels around this area. But it's clean yes.
The staff is the most flaky I've ever experienced, they all put on a smile and a tone making you feel that they will help solve your problem, making one after another promise over and over again but nothing literally happens, this is really disappointing and rather shocking. I'm pretty familiar with Brazilian flakiness but this is totally a new level. And, the rooms are far from being as nice as they look on the picture, it's rather falsely positioned on the pics. Facilities are rather old. For all this described above, the price is too expensive for something like this.
The internet service is perfect for San Paulo where it is hard to get a good internet connection at hotels. Breakfast is a buffet and includes hot dishes (omelette, fried ham, sausages), fruits, pastries. For dining out at nights right beside the hotel you will find 2 restaurantes side by side: one is cheaper, another one is more chick. Next time I would stay here again. Nearby you can find a farmacy open 24 hours. Safe and green area for 24 hours. Carrefour hypermarket for shopping. Room is furbished in a modern style, you have microwave, an electrical kettlle, a fridge
For those who are going to use metro it is a bit remote location from the nearest Trianon station. But, if you have time, it is a pleasant walk up Pamplona street. Breakfast could be better if there were some variations for hot dishes
Great location , friendly and courteous staff , confy rooms excellent breakfast , and the garage is free . A place to return many more times . Good value for the Money .
The area was nice and the room was comfortable
The internet connection was horrible. I was there for the Investir USA Event and kept losing my internet connection during my presentations. Very embarassing.
A couple of rooms were booked for colleagues for an Expo and they said the walls were paper thin and you could here everything from next door. The studio rooms looked like a council flat. Located on the 17th floor and the lift was really slow. Would definitely not stay there out of choice.
Location was good Fair internet
The room was not like in the picture Staff knew little English and was not helpful Old bed covers
