The view, cleanless and breakfast. It is in a quite place close to the town centre. It is not a luxury room but to spend a weekend is perfect.
This pousada has a beatiful view but it is a bit hard to get there. If you do not mind walking a bit in a hill it is a really good place. There is a dog there that maybe not every guest like.
This Pousada is situated at the top of a very steep hill a climb of some 90 odd steep steps then a dirt track. The rooms are exceedingly basic and rather tired even the superior rooms we had booked.Immediatly next door is a noisy building site. There was no evidence of the restaurant and snack bar they advertise. I was travelling with my son and his wife both of hoom were exceedingly disappoint in the accommodation offered in relation to the price paid so unhappy were we that we left and found cheaper much better accommodation and did not stay there. The owner refused to refund a single penny of the 1200 RLS we had paid for 2 rooms for 3 nights not exactly cheap. My advice is look else where there are plenty of much nicer and better pousadas on offer in what is an island paradise.
Fantastic Location Owners and staff Money for Value
I really liked that there is always fresh air and breeze because it is on the top of a hill and away from the noisy town centre. Sandro was very helpful host and he speaks good English.
The endless stairs to drag my suitcase over to get up there. The use of wheelbarrow taxis is very recommended! My friend was complaining about his bed, he said it was not comfortable.
The owner was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.
The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable, and the air conditioner, noisy. The location is close to the main square, but you need to climb lots of stairs to get there.
Excellent view and location, also the staff were very nice a helpful. Excellent breakfast!
We think the bedrooms need a little improvement specially the beds. We also think the price is a little bit high for the value, but in general Morro is more expensive than other places in Brazil.
the view is very nice but sure it is not worth the 120 steps you have to do to get to the hotel
the rooms are very cheap and not worth the price, the a/c is very noisy and in the morning, if you don't go eat as soon as it is ready you have to constantly ask for juce, forks, bread, and they are very slow
Very nice and charming pousada. Located on the top of a hill with an amazing view over the sea. Cosy and familiar atmosphere in a gorgeous and natural surrounding. The room was large, cleaned everyday with a balcony. Beds were comfortable with fresh sheets. The breakfast was superbe with an italian touch. The cost is reasonable and last but not the least staff was kind, courteous and professional.
View from the terrace
rooms without windows, only dark balcony door. only a few rooms have view. wifi connection weak in the rooms; furniture an bathroom rather oldfashioned, no shelves in bathroom; there are better places to stay in morro de sao paulo
