I was upgraded to a room with sea view. English spoken and friendly staff
The staff members could communicate better with each other. At arrival, one of them arranged that I might pay the taxi driver the next day (because I did not get cash at the ATM for whatever reason). But the next day, nobody knew about this arrangement.
Very good location. Rooms have excellent view of ocean. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is clean.
Room is Nice and confortable
To call for anything it had to be done through reception no direct Access to housekeeping etc
Ocean view, large rooms, Internet worked very well, good breakfast, new property, overall very well done.
Not much close by in terms of restaurants and shops, but the city is very close via taxi, and the airport is not far. Minor but irritating: Brazilian hotels do not consistently keep small bills at the front desk, as change for larger bills.
Nice hotel, good location.... the rooms ar good and the bed is ok. Great pool on the roof.
Difficult to get somebody from the staff to speaj in spanish or english, not all rooms are from the hotel, I stayed in th 25th floor and the room next to mine was under construction and workers came in early morning every day to hammer on my wall.... the staff sai they cpould not help me as that room was from an other owner. The breakfast is really bad, better to walk next building to Transamerica hotel for a 25 Reais breakfast
Location, Facilites, Good size room, buffet breakfest
Internet drop in and out, Lobby needs a refresh
This hotel certainly prides themselves on their excellent service. Reception staff were very helpful in arranging an interstate bus ticket for me. Modern hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast was very good with a wide range of options. Good wifi
Bathroom was a bit compact. Whilst the location is right on the beachfront with a nice view there isn't all that much to see and only a few restaurants within walking distance.
It was my first time in Brazil, traveling for the World Cup. The hotel staff was very professional, location was great, breakfast and lunch buffet was excellent. It set the tone for a very, very enjoyable stay in Brazil.
The staff were all very helpful, the pool was good and well located on Boa Viagem
Very nice hotel in a pretty good location (beachfront). Very nice room with clean bathrooms, nice tv (and reception) and fantastic views.
fairly expensive and strange front entrance that doesn't lend itself to catching cabs easily....
Excellent location and helpful staff
Very small bathroom and high price for a small hotel
That I got ripped off out of $400.00 because I couldn't change my reservation.
Windows noise with wind
As we came from England, our phone and laptop chargers needed an adaptor to fit in our room plug. The hotel had only a few available which were never there! After 02 days of calling reception to keep one for us as soon as it was returned, we gave up and went to the shopping centre to get one ourselves. Staff speak very little English.
- bad internet connection ! - no working treadmill in the Gym.
Reception was efficient, room was quite spacious, and excellent lighting in the room especially for older people.
Traveling on Business, Wifi Signal was non-existent in my Room- Number 105, which is on the lowest floor. I was only able to get usable Wifi signal at the entrance passage to the room or from the inside of the large Wardrobe near the entrance door.
Location, hotel is new, comfortable bed.
HUGE cockroach on 28 floor (in my master bathroom). Telephone was broke, I complained but nothing was done. They ignored my request for a honeymoon package or surprise.
Staff need training! We were charged in double! First, the day I made the reservation (it was a promotional fare, 100% up front); and again at checkout. It took us a couple of phone calls and e-mails afterwards to get it straight.
staff don't generally speak any English which makes communication difficult. staff on front desk (especially when answering the telephone are not that attentive). not sure i'd stay here again based on this experience. also boa viagem generally didn't look too impressive to me
I liked the design and decorations most of all. Also, the fact that they offered healthy (integral and non-sweetened) food for breakfast.
The parking service. Not only it's not included, as usual in most hotels, but also the first thing one gets upon arrival, instead of a warm welcome and maybe a cocktail, is this rude man stating: either pay R$13 extra per day, or park your car yourself!!! The hotel simply say this guy is not part of their staff. Bad idea for otherwise nice place.
Air conditioning and small balcony, size of bed was great too. Room was well laid out and enjoyable to be in.
I wished the water in the shower could be made hotter.
State and location of hotel, breakfast, room.
Staff of cleanliness wasn't coming from my room!! I protested one time at the reception, and they came in the afternoon, another day nobody came!!! It was unacceptable for this class hotel to looking for housekeeping.
Clean and adequate
