assolutamente niente tanto che dopo due giorni ce ne siamo ansati nonostante avessimo una prenotazione per l'intera settimana quando arrivi ti chiedono la carta di credito per garanzia invece poi scopri che ti prelevano l'intera somma già al ceck-in. Nel ns caso, visto che abbiamo lasciato l'albergo, non ci hanno ancora rimborsato la differenza nonostante ci avessero detto che, lascindogli un c.c. brasiliano, avrebbero provveduto, al massimo, entro due giorni (ne sono già passati 7). |
