I had a terrible exerience. It should be clear indication in the hotel website about rooms and their price, for example, if there is a budget room, it should be written that windows will face the yard with noisy air conditioning compressor station! The hotel staff worked very slow and was not helpful at all. |

The balcony was just as I requested, the pool and rooftop views were spectacular and we were able to see a lot just by walking around in the area. Easy access to lots of things. Check in took too long. |

only the location is good. The staff is friendly but if you ask them for something different from what they are offering they might become very frustrated and show you some negative attitude. No peronal touch. The view from the pool area is quite nice though it's not very pleasant to stay there. my room was horrible on the 3rd floor (305). I couldn't sleep due to the noise from the "technical vents" (or whatever it is) outside my room. The view was horrible. The noise from AC inside the room is equal to the noise from the aircraft engine and makes it impossible to sleep. The swiming pool is tiny and smelly. |

1) Do not be fooled. This is not a 4 star hotel. It is at best a 2 star hotel masquerading as a four star hotel. Rooms are small and shabby. Pool is the size of a bathtub. Jacuzzi doesn't work. 2) Their official policy is misogynistic and opportunistic regarding friends and visitors. If you are a male, they will treat any female friend/visitor as if she were a prostitute! In addition to subjecting her to open humiliation, they will force you to pay them an extra $100 on top of the price of your room and forced to sign a piece of paper saying that the friend/visitor will leave the room before 6 am (so as not to be 'seen'). This is a policy not open to any discussion/flexibility. I argued it in vain and finally just left. |

I liked the privacy and quietness of my own room. I did not like the fact that they didn't have any restaurant working (for dinner or lunch) nor the internet was working. |

After reading the reviews before i went, i thought we would be disappointed with the hotel, but our room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was good and it was really close to the beach. Really nothing to complain about. |

the location was very good, particularly because I was attending a conference and the shuttle to the event was leaving from a hotel round the corner Staff at the coffee shop and housekeeping were very nice. I cannot say the same about the front desk people. Some were not very friendly. one night they insisted that I wanted to go to a hotel that didn't exist (I was right but lost 1/2 hour asking them for directions). |

Nothing. For starters they did not have my reservation and they wanted to charge me more for the room. They only backed down because I brought my reservation papers with me and after getting into an argument with them, they decided to give me the rate which was posted on my reservation papers. They were extremely arrogant and inflexible. I was too busy with my mother and only returned to the hotel to shower and sleep, but the situation came to a head when I requested whether I could stay in the room until 2 pm being the check out time at 12 pm. The response was "Absolutely not!" "Our computers are set in such a way that if a guest stays past 12 pm, he/she will be charged a full day's rate". |

Close to the beach and the shower. First night air con was not working and sheets were torn, all was replaced on the following morning. Second night the air con was very noise, we couldn't sleep, it was replaced on the following morning. Third night hen it was replaced again to a normal one. The room smell was dusty and musty. It is not a 4 star hotel, it is more a backpacker one. |

The fact that it is near the beach. Some of the staff are friendly. Yes,The view from the room is appalling as you look at nothing but unkept backgrounds of other adjacent buildings. The hotel's infrastructure is old for the price they charge. The fact that they restrict you to have visitors to your room even for a short while and with you giving assurance to that effect that are visiting for a while, it sure felt like a school dormitory rules. |

Location! You are in the right place. I found amusing the need of paying extra for using the safe in the room... And the whole procedure of having to sign a form in case you did not want to use the safe. Sounded like a hidden threat. |

Centrally located, very convenient for a tourist I chose the hotel for its price, however I would not reccomend or go back to that hotel again, as it charged almost everything, for example, it charged me for a fax I received !! charged me for evry day using the safe box inside the room, charged me for the whole day although it was for half day use. |

The staff was rude, simply that - my dearest friend in Rio was not even allowed to visit for 10 min to see the hotel room, what a joke. The breakfast was poor to say the least - I don´t normally complain but I was not happy with this hotel at all. |
