Il rumore nella stanza, la misera colazione e la rudezza del portiere di notte.

Colazione apprezzabile con discreta possibilità di scelta. La posizione sulla spiaggia di Copacabana è molto vantaggiosa anche per la presenza di tutti i servizi necessari: negozi, locali, mezzi di trasporto, ecc. Personale disponibile.

La vista sul mare è possibile solo dale terrazzo (15o piano). Il condizionatore d'aria è obsoleto e rumorosissimo. Molte stanze danno su un cortile interno su cui affacciano, tutt'attorno, palazzi di altezza comparabile, ogni stanza dei quali ha un condizionatore altrettanto rumoroso: si crea un rumore di fondo molto fastidioso. La biancheria da bagno è spesso vecchia e sfilacciata. Nel complesso si ha l'impressione di una struttura vecchiotta non adeguatamente mantenuta e di una mentalità che mira più all'apparenza (hall d'ingresso) che alla sostanza.

camere decisamente absolete, impianto elettrico all'età della pietra. pulizia carente. La camera corrisponde ad un buon hotel 2 stelle italiano.

The hotel has a very good location

The air conditioner didn't work; The jacuzzi pool was not properly care specially regarding the cleanning;

I had a terrible exerience. It should be clear indication in the hotel website about rooms and their price, for example, if there is a budget room, it should be written that windows will face the yard with noisy air conditioning compressor station!

The hotel staff worked very slow and was not helpful at all.

Only the proximity of the beach

the room is very small, this hotel is not a 4 star. the towels are grey instead of white and the staff is rude.

1) Do not be fooled. This is not a 4 star hotel. It is at best a 2 star hotel masquerading as a four star hotel. Rooms are small and shabby. Pool is the size of a bathtub. Jacuzzi doesn't work. 2) Their official policy is misogynistic and opportunistic regarding friends and visitors. If you are a male, they will treat any female friend/visitor as if she were a prostitute! In addition to subjecting her to open humiliation, they will force you to pay them an extra $100 on top of the price of your room and forced to sign a piece of paper saying that the friend/visitor will leave the room before 6 am (so as not to be 'seen'). This is a policy not open to any discussion/flexibility. I argued it in vain and finally just left.

I liked the privacy and quietness of my own room.

I did not like the fact that they didn't have any restaurant working (for dinner or lunch) nor the internet was working.

After reading the reviews before i went, i thought we would be disappointed with the hotel, but our room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was good and it was really close to the beach. Really nothing to complain about.

Good location, with adequate rooms kept clean. Let down by a couple of poor reception staff - other staff very helpful.

First night air con was not working and sheets were torn, all was replaced on the following morning. Second night the air con was very noise, we couldn't sleep, it was replaced on the following morning. Third night hen it was replaced again to a normal one. The room smell was dusty and musty. It is not a 4 star hotel, it is more a backpacker one.
