Very few of the staff we could communicate with. And most importantly they removed from our credit card for 7 days instead of the 6 days we had booked for and stayed and at the last minute before we had to leave for the airport they still did not have a proper bill. I sent them an email but still no response I still do not have a bill to verify my stay and present to my company. Can you help? |

The staff were not fluent in English and this was a major difficulty. The hotel did the charges to my credit card while I was there without my knowledge on Oct 1, 2008. This created problems while trying to check out before leaving. They basically did not abide by the terms of the contract with Booking.com |

A moça da tapioca, crepe, omelete...a oferta de vários sucos e água de coco no café... No banheiro o espelho deveria ser trocado (ap 167), itens sobre o antigo nome do hotel continuam sendo utilizados (sabonetes, shampoos, etc)... o piso e as paredes do banheiro davam sinais de falta de assepsia... |

A localizacao , pois tinha de ir e vir varias vezes de um hospital nas proximidades, por isso escolhi o Mareiro. As toalhas de banho imundas, velhas, encardidas, duras, um nojo...Toda parte externa reformada, piscinas , tv plasma na portaria para os hospedes e no entando o conforto do quarto nada a ver para um 4 estrelas. |

Piscina e Wireless, apesar do hotel ainda estar em reforma!!!! O hotel é bom, mas tive alguns problemas com o quarto oferecido, haja vista que foi necessário mudar de quarto 03 (três) vezes até conseguir um quarto que correspondia ao preço pago. O primeiro quarto oferecido tinha um banheiro adaptado para deficientes (já tentou usar uma privada dessas?). O segundo havia uma quantidade enorme de formigas (cuidado com os quartos perto das plantas). Mais atenção! |
