Within the hotel you also find three meeting rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 120 persons.
The city's beaches boast warm waters and numerous traditional restaurants made of carnauba straw. The scenery is complemented by the "jangadas" (small rafts used by fishermen).
A few kilometres away from the city you find the well-known beaches of Prainha, Iguape and Porto das Dunas, the latter two featuring large water parks.

The Othon Palace is located on the beach with stunning ocean views. I would classify the hotel in the four star range with fairly large rooms and a very good breakfast buffet. The hotel is perfectly located in a very safe area of town, within walking distance (5 min) to the artesan market. I liked everything! |

Location is perfect and the shore view is supperb. Cleaness of airconditing equipment and all other equipment in the room must be done. The hotel gives the perception of poor maintenance and lack of investment. |

The staff was nice about letting me shorten my stay The sea-view and non-sea-view rooms are treated the same by the staff, and there are only 4 king-bed rooms that face the water. Thus, the odds that a couple or individual will get a sea-view are very bad. I checked out of the hotel asap because the room was such a bad value given the crappy view. |

Localização privilegiada, staff muito gentil, que contornou uma falha por esquecimento (de um funcionário) ocorrida no agendamento de um passeio para Morro Branco, em que não haviam mais vagas nas Operadoras locais..e que não poderia ser realizado em outra data. |

O visual é excelente, com seu elevador panorâmico.Os funcionários nos deixam muito à vontade, nos sentimos em casa. Como uma forma de sugestão, para os hóspedes , dicas de passeios, que saiam do hotel, para quem se hospede, como nós,de forma independente, não fique tão perdido nos primeiros dias. |

Cordialidade.Havíamos reservado um ap.duplo e um single para meu filho de 12 anos,como não disponham de dois apartamentos no mesmo andar, nos instalaram em uma confortável suíte com dois dormitórios mais uma ampla sala ,sem custo adicional! E foi também aonde comemos a melhor tapioca no café da manhã. O lobby estava em obras, mas não atrapalhou em nada nossa estadia. Para idosos com dificuldades de locomoção ou cadeirantes não sugiro , pois o acesso a recepção se dá por escadas.Mas para nós não nos limitou e tão pouco atrapalhou. |

Do conjunto do atendimento em geral. Seria desonesta se destacasse um só ponto. Todos são excelentes em todos os serviços. Gostaria de registrar um elogio ao sr. Paulo, mensageiro. Todos os funcionários são ótimos, mas ele é excepcional. Parabéns pra ele e pra vcs que o mantem no quadro! Só não gostei do tipo do secador de cabelos, pois dá dor na mão sustentá-lo, apertando o botão com a mão pra continuar ligando e funcionando. |

Todos os funcionários, desde os da recepção aos do café da manhã foram muito prestativos e gentis Pensávamos que todos os apartamentos fossem de frente para o mar. Mas há os de vista lateral. A princípio nos colocarmo num lateral. Reclamamos e conseguimos um de frente ao mar. De outra vez que for a fortaleza, quero fi car no mesmo hotel, desde que me consigam um quarto em frente ao mar. Moro no centro-oeste. Então, a minha expectativa em relação a um hotel, é ficar vendo o mar. Não sei se os demais hóspedes de estados com mar têm esta mesma expectativa quanto nós do centro-oeste. Ficamos de frente ao mar e adoramos nossa estada. Obrigada. |
