The hotel location is very good and the staff gave us very useful suggestions. Room was somewhat small, specially the bathroom. |

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Great view from our room. Though the swimming pool was small we enjoyed it a lot. |

Vriendelijk personeel, spreekt echter slecht engels (herkenbaar voor geheel Brazilië overigens). Kamers zijn verouderd. Telefoon werkte niet naar behoren. Badkamer is erg klein (kun je niet met 2 mensen tegelijk in staan). Airco maakt veel herrie en is dus wennen de eerste dagen. Kamers zijn verder erg gehorig, maar dat kan ook aan de tussendeur tussen de kamers hebben gelegen (onduidelijk of deze in alle kamers aanwezig zijn) |

Muita frieza por parte dos funcionarios do hotel. Boas instalações, mas sem serviços que o façam ser um hotel de cinco estrelas, quanto muito na europa seria um razoavel hotel de tres estrelas.Muito longe do serviço de um hotel de cinco estrelas. Decepçao total no que diz respeito a opçoes de lazer ou serviços. Deveriam melhorar o serviço de bar nos terraços, e o café da manhã é muito basico |
