A vista é incrível, super beira mar. Piscinas e parque aquático ótimo para as crianças. Música ao vivo deixou ainda melhor. Instalações ja estão velhas. Funcionários prestativos, mas não educados (ou simpáticos). Comida feita pra muita gente nunca é boa.

Das suites luxo. Os chalés tem baratas e mofo. O atendimento é péssimo. Tentaram me empurrar um chalé completamente mofado como hospedagem.

Local excelente a beira-mar com uma vista maravilhosa ! Comida de excelente qualidade e bom preço ! Infelizmente o hotel está decadente, falta manutenção da área de lazer e quartos (cheiram mofo e o banheiro esgoto), uma pena !

Recepcionista bastante sinpatica, hotel bem localizado pra quen quer tranquinlidade e lazer porcinal muinto linpo Sin nao gostei quando fui infornado p/ recepcionista que oparque estava fechado p/linpeza so funcionaria no dia seguente apartir das 10:00 fiquei ainda mais decepcionado no dia seguinte que vie o tanboagua sen funcionar perguntei porque, o funcionario respondeu que estavan linpando, so monentos depos foi liberados. Funcionarios do parque todos de cara feixada[nada sinpatico] pos obcevei que os ospedes eran ate sinpaticos con eles mais elis nao davan aminima para con os ospedes. Uma funciomaria reclamou com uma crianca de forma ridicula na frente dos familiares da crianca que nao gostou e retirouse do local

O parque aquatico é excelente. Um Hotel que tem varanda para o mar e cobra por fora da diaria a rede R$ 15,00 Existe uma comanda para consumo que se extraviada, que não é dificil, existe uma cobrança de R$500,00. Do dia 09.10.12 a 14.10.12 faltou energia pelo menos 3 vezes por noite. Foi preciso requisitar manutenção em quase todos os equipamentos todos os dias. Pelo menos fomos atendidos. A informação que fica à 50 km de Canoa Quebrada é inveridica, pois fica a pelo menos 90 km.
