FOOD AND CLEANLINESS
Nice hotel but needs renovation effort
Old furniture. Old bathroom fixtures paint peeling. Over used matress.
Noisy room, old fashioned. Bad restaurant.
Location, wi-fi connections
Food and accomodations
In the summer there id no a/c in the living room.
space, and location.
Great rooms and location !! Cheap parking for that region.
I think it coul be a little cleaner.
Rather dated. Urgently needs remodelling
size of room
Bar closed - Brazil had lost the night before
Few blocks from Ave. Paulista and metro station. Make it easy to move in São Paulo.
Location was good. Close to tourist attractions. But one wrong turn gets you into some bad areas.
Staff was not friendly at all. No smiles no greeting. Ask to use their wifi to book the hotel and told us we had to be a guest .... Funny because we wanted to book for the hotel and still didn't let us use it. Staff looked at us as if we couldn't afford the nights at the hotel because of the way we looked or dressed? Was not happy with the treatment we received.
I liked The staff and location
the hotel was old and the beds were not comfortable.
Balcony on 18th floor Jacuzzi Size of the room
The location was good and the room was spacious. Also, we had a great view from our balcony.
The room configuration was a bit odd but not necessarily bad. The bedroom was a bit spartan but fine.
Good breakfast, cleanliness, great view.
the kitchen is useless, because is empty of pans, forks, spoons, etc.
Location was excellent. Very close to Avenida Paulista and Metro Station. Makes it very easy to move around. Ave. Paulista has many bar/restaurants and very safe at night.
Very close to Av. Paulista, MASP and the subway. Well connected and near many restaurants, etc.
Location for my type of business
Breakfast and location were great
Rooms are dated, staff is very unfriendly. Standards are not good for the region and the price. Will not stay in this hotel again.
was ok for the price compared to the surrounding hotels... breakfast was great!
could have been a little cleaner
1. I liked the space in the rooms and the bathroom (even though a smaller bathtub, would have been better). 2. I liked the fridge that it was not already completely full with stuff to buy. 3. I liked the view. 4. I loved the breakfast.
1. I didn't like that no one spoke English among the staff, not even at reception! I had to ask a friend to come and translate for the most basic things. 2. I had a hard time finding the button signalling "do not disturb" (i'm used to seeing a card, so it took some thinking and without anyone speaking English, i couldn't ask anyone). 3. I liked the kitchen, but had only two glasses… nothing to heat water to make a coffee, nothing to clean the glass maybe for re-use. The point of the entire kitchen space was lost to me.
Staff very good!!! The restaurant is OK, I really liked to see the manager working together with the crew, serving and cleaning tables, most of the time we just see managers behind the counter doing nothing!
I did not like the the extra charge, we booked as $620 Reais and the fax that the hotel got was showing $693 Reais and they charged me for my companion, we were a party of 2 people! Most of hotels charge per room and I did not think that they were charging me extra for my guest. The bathroom is out of date, I could feel a bad smell coming thru the drain pipes and I found some dark blonde or light brown hair in the shower. The kitchen is nice but no silverware, no glasses(wine, etc), no pots and pans too! The living room should have another TV, we rented a suite and one TV only in the bedroom. There is a strange smell in the elevator hallway, prob the carpets need to be replaced.
Jacuzzi in bathroom was great. Great view of city. Location close to Paulista.
Silly method of using internet.
