It captures what having a house in Angra of your own is all about. A place where you can take it easy and enjoy the beauty of the bay and forest around you in an intamate atmosphere. Not a commercial hotel or resort, but an upscale inn, with a friendly staff, and high prices, but the facility needs some maintenance. If you want want to relax, enjoy. If you want a bunch of activities or explore the green coast, go somewhere else. Food and boat tours are too expensive. The facility needs maintenance and updating.

The view and acces directly to the water. This is not a 5 start hotel service and its very expensive for what you get.The hotel needs maintancae and proper cleaning as there were bugs in the room and dust all over.The staff, and specially the manager are not prepare to handle demanding clients. There is not desk 24 hours. THe restaurant offers not good quality food and all the meat is frozen. You will not be happy unless if you are paying the normal rate which is around 500 usd. Please do yourself a favour and find another hotel for you like the eco resort near there.

A localização perto da praia e a possibilidade de passeios e lazer no mar. O serviço prestado foi muito aquém das expectativas e incondizente com o preço cobrado pelo hotel. A sensação é de que os funcionários não são recrutados ou treinados de uma maneira eficiente.

Me encanto el lugar. Los Bunwalos muy confortables. El paseo en lancha excelente y el servicio estupendo. Es un lugar maravilloso para descansar, relajarse y alejarse del ruido para estar conectado con la naturaleza. Lo unico que no me gusto y deberian analizar cambiar, es que no tengan una variedad de comidas y un restaurante del nivel del hotel. Para dos noches que nos quedamos, comimos sanwiches y los buffets daban muy poco para desear. Realmente me desilusiono el nivel de comida. El desayuno muy bueno. Tambien diria que los bungalows le faltan mantenimiento. Las tejas estaban rotas y el jacuzzi con mucho uso

Muy bonita la playa y las habitaciones. A pesar que eramos pocos nunca habian toallas para playa. Ademas el personal no era muy atento, al menos no para un 5 estrellas. La comida demasiado cara y no era nada espectacular.

Resort muito afastado de Angra. Ideal para quem quer fazer tudo dentro do Resort. Bungalow 1,2 ou 6 ;)) Passeio de 2 horas de lancha, cortesia do hotel a todos os hospedes. "Romance Resort"

El lugar es paradisíaco, el diseño de los bungalows excelente, pero el mantenimiento no es perfecto, la atención es buena con amabilidad y ganas de resolver. La cocina no es espectacular y de desenvolvimiento lento. El personal es agradable y va resolviendo. El hotel por ubicación y estructura podría ser mejorable para alcanzar el nivel propuesto. No hay quejas, creo que podría ser mejor.

Rust, ligging, faciliteiten van de kamer (jacuzzi, sauna), vriendelijkheid personeel Vrij ver van het plaatsje Angra Dos Reis hoewel de zeer frequente rijdende bus ons zeer comfortabel in 25 minuten van en naar het plaatsje vervoerde.Hoewel niet wat betreft fundamentele zaken was er sprake van achterstallig onderhoud. Het diner was een aantal dagen goed (hoewel duur) en een aantal dagen minder dan je bij een 5-sterren hotel verwacht.

Clima muy lluvioso, solo tiene un restaurante. Y cuando deciden tener buffet, no tiene uno sino opcion de esto ,y no puede pedir a la carta..comida muy costosa
