The view was great... It is very difficult to have friends visit you at the hotel whether an your suite or by the pool. |

The Bathroom was not clean,the room was not made up when we returned from Citytour at 2 pm.The Account was not right,but staff was aware that there was a problem with the System.There have been Items on the Account what we not had,like Tonicwater,double Food,couvercharge for sitting on the Bar for 1/2 hour. |

É um hotel amplo com funcionários atenciosos e bem treinados, quando solicitados são rápidos e eficientes.Excelente café da manhã e boa instalações na área da piscina e ginástica. Senti falta de informações quanto aos passeios turísticos ligados ao hotel ou não. Isto é não panfletos ou informações tipo canal de TV sobre Salvador. Me informaram que na baixa estação não há este serviço.Quanto ao apartamento que era excelente em matéria de tamanho e vista, tinha um problema de cheiro de mofo que não foi solucionado. |

gostei da vista, mas nao do cheiro da área de um modo geral. as dependencias estão muito maltradas, com cheiro de mofo e um ar decadente. O lobby de entrada é muito confuso, ainda mais quando tem convenção, como tinha, durante a minha estadia. Nestes casos há uma invasão por parte destas pessoas que tiram a sua privacidade e sossego. |
