La beauté du lieu , l'accueil , personnel de la réception d'une disponibilité rare merci à tous Un havre de paix dans une ville magnifique mais fatigante , situation géographique parfaite

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la beauté du lieu : le bâtiment a été très bien aménagé et le mobilier est somptueux. C'est vraiment un endroit de charme, très bien situé et fort confortable. Je le recommande sans réserve et je compte y retourner.

Petit bémol : la qualité du restaurant et du service a été variable, parfois bien parfois limitée.

Sauf qu'il n'y a du wifi que dans les lobbys et qu'il manque une vrai " conciergerie" pour s'occuper de tourisme et plus si besoin.

Pleasantly converted convent with delightfully cloistered swimming pool, "the font". Lots of history and character. Comfortable beds and rooms.

Some food and drink was a little disappointing poor G&T but fruity alternatives.

The hotel old convento is very beautiful. The location in Pelourinho is amazing. The view of the city is very good.

The staff is completely unpreperaded. We had breakfast without anybody serving us. I had to go to the kitchen to steal coffee and orange jus. I went to the hotel to go to the restaurant and it was not open because the manager decided to move it to the around the swimming pool to offer a show. It was very hot and unconfortable to eat and drink without air condition.

The Convento restoration is amazing. Great location in the heart of Pelourinho.

Beautiful hotel and location, staff is very friendly and the rooms very comfortable. Great place to relax after a checking out the sites.

Did not mind but worth mentioning that the pool is tiny and mostly shaded... Good for relaxing.

A beautifully restored convent, right at the top of Pelhourinho. Luxurious in every way!

It was an excellent choice because we were living in the oldest Convento in history of the Salvador City and even on entire Brazil. The hotel was located in the heart of the historic city, and the bed was so comfort！ You'll without doubt fall in love with the hotel's taste!

Some of the staff (breakfast) was a little bit cold

This is a fabulous hotel in Pelourinho, the rooms are comfortable, and the facilities all add up to what you expect from a hotel of its category. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the food is wonderful. Breakfasts are a bit boring (predictable) but the coffee is strong and excellent. The front desk staff is also helpful and trilingual.

The spacious outdoor and corridor areas were lovely with comfortable seats to sit and enjoy the courtyard. We stayed in the loft room, very large and bed was comfortable and furniture was good. Staff were mostly helpful. They had a library and a reading room - which was a nice touch. The hotel has character and it was a nice experience to be there and to imagine how it would have been as a convent in the past.

The hotel was in the old town which had badly cobbled roads with steep ups and down. I found it quite hard to walk. Had I known this before, I would have not booked this hotel. The room was very dark with just one small window. We could not read in the room.We asked 3 times for an additional lamp, but didnt get any. The tv had only one English channel and the sky channels didnt work 2 days. The outdoor swimming pool had cold water. The restaurant took such a long time even to take orders, the meals took even longer to arrive. We only ate there once.

Da arquitetura, do ambiente calmo que traz tranqüilidade,das obras de artes, da capela sublime, do pe direito alto e da cozinha mesclada portu baiano.

Do acesso ao hotel, dificultado pelas alterações da prefeitura em fim de semana tumultuado com aniversario da cidade e inauguração da arena Fonte Nova, pricipalmente para turista com carro alugado.

de estar hospedado num convento deo sec XVIII decorado luxuosamente com comodidades do sec XXI.

Hotel com belissima estrutura em um lugar histórico(aonde se sente lentamente uma tentativa de restauração,o Pelourinho),delicioso passear pelos 2 claustros,deliciosa cama de dossel;maravilhosa a sacristia(como todo Salvador precisando de reforma ou manutenção).

Da qualidade do Café da Manhã;da limpeza dos quartos;do serviço do Restaurante Conventual e de um funcionário descortês no café da manhã,chuveiro morno,não havia serviço de camareira no final para abrir a cama no final da noite(padrão nesse tipo de hotel).Conclusão:hotel destinado ao alto luxo cujo serviço não acompanha.

Belíssima restauração do Convento, que abriga uma linda sacristia. A piscina onde antes funcionava um chafariz, os arcos através dos quais se avistam dois pátios internos, as paredes e vigas em pedra lavrada, enfim, uma bela arquitetura, com mobiliário e quadros de arte que fazem da estada algo único, e o melhor, no centro histórico da cidade.

El hotel histórico es precioso y su ubicación es excelente. El desayuno es regular para la calidad de hotel que es (pan duro, increíble...)

He tenido un problema con la seguridad del hotel, he sido discriminado por la ropa que vestía (short y polera, típico para 34 grados de calor creo yo) La seguridad no tiene ninguna delicadeza en nada, muy poco preparada y de pésimos modales.

Posto unico al mondo!! camere grandi, letto super comfortevole, staff estremamente gentile e premuroso. La prima colazione ricca, bar e il ristorante dell' hotel ottimi. Vogliamo già tornare!!

As instalações são muito bem cuidadas, a localização é excelente embora nao seja beira-mar, os quartos são excelentes, o bar é muito agradável, o café da manhã é ótimo e a piscina é muito bonita e limpa.

Talvez pudesse ter mais opções no cardápio e alguma sugestão para crianças
