1. Der Standort, sehr praktisch 2. Das Fitnesscenter im 21 Stock 1. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig 2. die Hall ist sehr ungemütlich, man hat kein angenehmes Ambiente wo man sich länger aufhalten möchte - wenn das Hotel sich verbessert, dann könnte ich es mir vorstellen wieder ins Pestana zu gehen, ansonsten ziehe ich ein billigers Hotel vor was dann halt nicht so ansehnlich ist |

localizacao cheguei na recepcao e nao havia registro da reserva do booking, sorte que tinha vaga no hotel e pude me hospedar assim mesmo. a atendente me informou que nao conhecia o booking. |
