Da vista para o mar da tapioca no café da manhã Preço das refeições (muito caro), cortina de plástico no banheiro, o spa e a sauna não estavam funcionando, encontramos uma barata no corredor, preço do wi-fi abusivo. |

Instalações, especialmente piscinas, vista para o mar e facilidade de acesso quando utilizando automóvel e estacionamento. Deveria ser fornecida facilidade de acesso gratuito à internet para os hóspedes para usos rápidos e eventuais. Existe o acesso pago. |

vista do apartamento frente para o mar; conforto na área da piscina e a própria piscina; spa ; fácil acesso ao mar. a qualidade do restaurante durante almoço e jantar, considerando a categoria do hotel, deixou muito à desejar....portanto, recomendarei o hotel, mas com a ressalva de que o hóspede faça estas refeições fora. |

Minha esposa gostou do Spa, gostei das piscinas, e á area kids para as crianças Nos banheiros poderiam haver box ao invez das cortinas, pois jatos mais forte espiram agua pra fora e risco de quedas.Opçoes de refeições e consumos no Hotel são para estrangeiros, preços desfavorecem e não são atrativos fazendo que as refeições sejam feitas fora do hotel, poderiam ser mais viáveis e haveria uma maior aceitação. |

El área de piscinas es buena, de hecho estando en el hotel y sin salir de allí no existe diferencia entre estar en cancun o natal. De alguna forma tiene en el exterior el formato de cancun de ricas piscinas y playa privada. El resto de natal para nada. no da para más de 4 días la estadía. La limpieza es una basura, nos encontramos plagas en las habitaciones, hongos en duchas y la habitación doble es si o si con dos camas, como gran solución te las juntan (no es broma). La verdad soy un viajero frecuente y de inmediato les indico que no es 5 estrellas. Es 4 con suerte. Por instalaciones generales puede parecer pero la verdad que las piezas están muy mal. Lo que más molesta es el tema de la falta de voluntad de hacerlo bien, como el caso de plagas u hongos. Respecto al tema de las camas, no pueden estafar así. Porque parte del problema es que las dos camas no son queen, en donde al menos puedes dormir con tu pareja en una sola, aquí son de menor tamaño. Muy mal, les recomiendo el hotel inmediatamente contiguo, creo que se llama Serhs o algo así, lo visitamos y es otra cosa, desde las habitaciones, hasta un spa de miedo. |

è tenuto in modo molto confortevole, in posizione strategica sulla via Costeira, permette lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia sul prezzo della camera pubblicato in booking com. hanno applicato il 10% di servizio ed una tassa, il tutto ha comportato un aumento di circa il 20% del prezzo. |

lo mejor que tuvimos fùe las instalaciones del hotel y su persosnal (piscina, spa, limpieza y servicios.-) lamentablemente las playas en ese sector no son buenas ya que hay muchas rocas y la marea sube mucho y en la mayor parte del dìa no se puede aprovechar de las mismas.- |
