The location is the best you could ask in Rio. The suite was the most amazing I have seen with two doors to a huge balcony where you can have your morning coffee overseeing Copacabana beach. |

The hotel is conveniently located with amazing views over Copacabana beach from the rooftop. The booking.com rate made it excellent value for money compared to published rates. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was a bit run down - I have stayed here 3 times in the last 6 years and nothing has been done to touch up the rooms - room in serious need of a paint job; bed linen had holes in it, the bedspreads had stains on them - not what I would expect of a 5-star hotel. The rug in the lounge area at the lobby needs a serious cleaning job! Breakfast (optional) rather expensive. |

Localização e atendimento. Não gostei da minha estadia. Fui colocada em um quarto com um carpete muito sujo e manchado, cortinas e camas velhas e sujas. Embora a equipe tenha me tratado muito bem e mudado o meu quarto, acho que o hotel necessita de uma reforma urgente. Os quartos nao possuem conforto. |

Do atendimento prestado pela gerente comercial, senhora melissa mueller, que prontamente resolveu um problema que eu tinha. Alguns funcionários da recepção, especialmente a senhora suzana, e a segurança, em geral, muito agressiva e grosseira. |

Da hospitalidade dos funcionários. Atenciosos e prestativos. Não gostei do apto duplo standart. Aparência velha, pouca decoração e pequeno demais. A vista aos fundos é sofrível. |

Localização na beira do mar de Copacabana,alem da vista do alto da area de lazer ,que é espetacular. O quarto que fiquei não condiz com um hotel que se denomina categoria 5 estrelas.Não tem banheira de hidromassagem,um absurdo!Os outros Hoteis Pestana ,dessa rede, são melhores que este. |

O único ponto favorável foi a localização, pois vendem o hotel com uma categoria muito acima do que é, e a sua conservação e limpeza é lamentável.Quanto ao atendimento chegamos ao hotel às 16:00 hs e ficamos aguardando até às 19:00 para nos arrumarem um apto standard sedo que havia reservado um luxo superior. Como arquiteto penso que deveriam repagina-lo todo. |

A localização é ótima e com um bom serviço de praia. Os funcionários são simpáticos e os serviço são bons. Acho que em períodos de baixa, filhos menores de 12 anos não deveriam pagar. Acho que seria um diferencial para familia. |

Localização privilegiada, em frente a praia de Copacabana e a duas quadras de rua com forte comércio. A região também é farta em boas opções de bares e restaurantes. |

Er was niets positief. Geen antiallergisch kamer gekregen in 1e instatie. Kamer viel erg tegen, bedgoed met vlekken, kleed op de grond stonk, informatie van personeel onjuist, geen parosol op het strand, 200 real betaald aan extra service die er niet was.Internet 3 v/d 4 comp. Deden het niet. Kamers zijn oud en gedateerd. |
