Achei o Hotel bem melhor que o Pestana do Rio de Janeiro,mais limpo e moderno. Rever profundamente a capacidade da sala de pequenos almoços onde nunca há mesas limpas e disponiveis para usar.Recepcionistas deveriam fazer formação para um atendimento mais simpatico. |

A atenção dos funcionários é excelente e o café da manha também está bem. A localizaçao é perfeita para quem gosta de esporte ao ar livre porque está perto do Parque Ibirapuera. Está num bairro muito bom e com muita segurança. A zona de piscina e spa é muito antiga. Internet cara. |
