clean room, wifi speed
closeness to Republic Square, creative use of Google translate and some audio translate by staff who don't know English, breakfast better than expected for quality of rooms and price
poor internet service, esp. the first night, first room had no heater and one window wasn't in place; this was hard as it was quite cold.
Wifi, breakfast was good with a wide spread.
Location is scary at night for walking especially if you do not wish to spend on taxi fares.
Easy access to City Center - Republica station not that far Helpful reception staff (able to speak other languages) Various restaurants nearby Price was extremely reasonable
Breakfast was okay (not great)
It is in a good location in the city
* It is not clean at all * The neighborhood is dirty and seems to be dangerous
The staff of this hotel is very kind. The location was also close also to the metoro station and convenient.
Staff friendly and helpful.
The location is ok, the room is quite clean
Breakfast was poor
Good internet acsses very good location & breakfast .
Nothing really good to say about this hotel, but will try: - The room was big enough for one or even two persons. - Room was provided with an AC and a flat screen. - The room service did what they are supposed to do, they were good.
- The area were the hotel is located is Repuplica, which is a dangerous place to live in for tourists, a thing I knew only after I moved in. - The windows of the building are not soundproof, I could hear everything from the streets plus the helicopters that fly back and forth in the area, which is normal for Sao Paolo residents, but I couldn't sleep normal. - The staff don't speak a single word in English, which is kind of normal in Sao Paolo but also weird because it's supposed to be a three-stars hotel !! - The bed wasn't that clean, and if clean it was kind of old. - I found some small insects in the room, didn't bother me alot though, since they were on the walls. - I was in the 12th floor and could only connect with the WiFi of the 11th floor, which was poor and slow. - Conclusion: There are better hotels for the same price in Sao Paolo.
room was not that clean soap in bathroom old pieces roomservice, food quality is bad
It was a good experience overall. Booked taxi for us to airport @ 6 am.
You just need a translater if you cant speak spanish....(they dont understand english). They charged me on my credit card for the 1st day without my consent even when I informed that I will check in late.
