Um hotel com tradição! O melhor do que esta palavra significa. Tu és tratado como uma pessoa especial e não como mais um qualquer. Parece-me que o Hotel Plaza Porto Alegre não entrou para era de globalização onde tudo ficou massificado. Ali tu te sentes como uma pessoa que tem nome , te tratam com respeito . Fazem questão de preservar tua individualidade. Coisa rara nos dias que hoje vivemos. Atenciosamente Denise Costa Meyer médica

Todos os funcionários foram bem educadas na primeira vez em que estive neste hotel. Porém nesta segunda hospedagem, apesar de ter feito a opção de quarto c cama de casal no momento da reserva pelo site, o atendente de nome Iliseo foi extremamente deselegante nao se demonstrando qualquer respeito ou preocupacao com ohospede "cliente", dizendo simplesmente que o hotel estava lotado e que nao poderia deixar um quarto com cama de casal p um hospede que havia efetuado uma reseva single. Questionei então o motivo da opção de escolha do quarto que fiz pelo site e a reposta novamente nao fora respondida com qualquer preocupação com o cliente: " o Sr fique a vontade para procurar outro hotel!" Tudo isto ocorreu as 20h, após um dia inteiro de viagem (600km), para ouvir uma resposta de um funcionário que nao se preocupa com o cliente ou c a imagem do hotel que lhe paga o salário!

A atenção logo na chegada pela recepção e dos demais funcionários, o hotel sempre limpo, exelente café da manhã, a minha hospedagem teve que ser em 2 quartos mãe, filha e esposa, quartos sempre limpos, exelente locomoção por disponibilidade de 2 elevadores social e 1 de serviço e sempre limpos. Com certeza no próximo ano estarei me hospedando no Plaza novamente.

Conforto e elegância das instalações. Bom restaurante O hotel, no centro histórico, está localizado em uma região degrada, devendo- se ter cuidado ao andar principalmente a noite. é necessa´rio informar que o estacionamente é cobrado.

O hotel é bem localizado, no Centro Histórico de Porto Alegre, os funcionários são agradáveis, o quarto é espaçoso, bom café-da manhã. Foi cobrado r$50,00 para uma cama extra que na verdade era o sofá-cama do quarto. O banheiro poderia ser melhor.

Suite grande et confortable personnel agreagle Pas internet dans la suite ils font payer internet certes pas cher mais tout de meme lorsque l on prends un hotel avec une renomee de porto alegre et une suite il faudrait revoir cela et mettre le wifi

O atendimento personalizado a educação, limpeza,gentileza e agilidade dos funcionários para prestar qualquer serviço para o hóspede.Na proxima viagem a Porto Alegre com certeza ficaremos no plaza, e indicaremos os amigos quando forem ao rgs.
