The price is too salty and it doesn't deserve the 4 stars it owns. First of all, they didn't have free water (!!!) to their guests. You could only buy or drink it during breakfast. They also wouldn't fill your bottle if you asked. Only after I complained about it, they let us use the filter on the baby room - which, by the way, no one knew about. Secondly, one day I proved the chocolate milk and it was bad. Don't know how to describe it very well, but it was phlegmy. I touched it with my finger and it seemed like a glue. Awful. Truth is, only happened once, but gave me a really bad impression.
Also, they had loads of ants on the rooms. I left the leftovers of a meal (packed, obviously) outside the fridge and the next morning it was crowded with tiny ants. One of them actually got INSIDE my ear one night, waking me up at 4h40 in the morning. I had to take a shower to get rid of the little prick crawling inside my ear.
Nonetheless, they did whatever they could to please us once we made complaints about this stuff - though I didn't tell them about the climbing ant, being one of the most distressing experiences of my life.
Very well placed with kind and attentive personal. They gave us many good tips, whether it was to do things by ourselves or to make trips with local tourism guides. Also, the wifi was working perfectly, as only us were using it.
