Todo. La ubicación es excelente,tranquilo,seguro. Muy bueno el desayuno. La cordialidad del personal en todos los ámbitos. Limpio y prolijo. Yo le agregaría al baño una percha o dos para colgar por ejemplo las mallas mojadas y también un secador de ropa de pared,por ejemplo los días de lluvia son ideales para salir del apuro con las prendas húmedas o mojadas ya que el clima de río es bastante húmedo. |

La excelente disposicion de su personal para con el viajero, los mapas y "datos" de restaurantes, discoteques, etc. No, pero tal vez mejorar la fluidez del servicio en el bar del lobby y terraza junto con el snack o picadillo de acompañamiento. |

El hotel esta situado en la playa de copacabana. La ubicacion es muy buena, aunque la playa de Ipanema es mucho mejor. Para los que aun no lo sepan, Ipanema es pija, gente guapa y mas segura. Copacabana es decadente y menos segura por la noche. Yo no lo sabia y me fui a Copacabana. Lo que si esta bien en este hotel es el bar con piscina situado en el terrado. Vistas preciosas. Tambien me gusto que cada dia te traen unas fotocopias con las noticias de tu pais. Eso es una buena idea. Como la mayoria de hoteles de Brasil, falta una remodelaciõn. Esta anticuado. Para ser un 4 estrellas, nada que ver con los de Espanha. Pero en Brasil son todos un poco anticuados. El cuarto de banho del hotel tenia una mampara de ducha que parece de la epoca de mi abuela. |

La situación del hotel es excelente en la Playa de Copacabana. Solicité dos habitaciones superiores y como tenian disponibilidad me dieron una superior y una suite. También me permitieron el día de la salida disponer de la habitación hasta las 16 h. El desayuno excelente y tiene una piscina muy agradable en la azotea. Muy recomendable. |

La ubicacion es muy buena y las areas comunes y el personal muy amable... La cena de comida tradicional estuvo mal, la comida estab fria y la variedad muy limitada...era con musica en vivo y fue muy monotona... |

Location is perfect right on Copacabana beach and the view for the room is awesome! - the hotel staff makes you the most expensive recommendations (restaurants, taxi, bars) even if you ask for a non-fancy place - i felt cheated! - don't take the taxis from the hotel (3 time more expensive), don't go to the restaurants recommended at reception! |

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Superb breakfast with fabulous views of Copacabana. Very comfortable rooms. The advertised lateral view of the sea is in fact only visible when out on the balcony. From the room itself one faces the buildings on the other side of a narrow street. The hotel has only 2 lifts which makes for long waits (interminable at breakfast time). |

The location, just in front of the Copacabana beach, Metro and busses can be reached in 5 minutes walk. The prices for local phone calls are not acceptable at all, even worse that there is no pricing sheet in the room. If you need to reconfirm a flight and have to wait in the calling center line for 30 minutes it costs you 25 Euros. |

Perfect place to stay, particularly for those who come to Rio for the first time. You will gey a very good memory for your visit because the location of the hotel. Ijust feel that the price of room is really expensive. I did not like the hotel charges guests high cost for internet connection. That practice is out of the trend. |

Staff very friendly.. all speak fluent English at reception. The bellboys and porters, even the cleaners also speak basic English. Room was small, but very comfortable and clean. Restaurant and swimming pool on top have great views. the day tours they offered at reception were about three times the price you can pay at other tour operators |

The location The photos were far away from the reality. The hotel is older, the rooms very different, bathrooms old and not fresh. The earlier rewievs was not accurate. When I was in the reception many guest complained about the hotel. |

The hotel was clean modern, amazing staff and just perfect. We would highly recommend this hotel and I would go back if returning to Rio. We overlooked the Copacabana beach from our room, which was beautiful. Our room was stunning and so clean. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is decent with ample choice. Nice views over Copacabana beach, especially from the rooftop pool area. The location is perfect but the surrounding area is a bit rundown and dodgy at night. |
